Sojenica Nirvana is located on the right bank of the Bojana River, about a hundred meters upstream from the bridge. The big beach is a five-minute drive away, restaurants are less than a five-minute walk away. It is suitable for 6 guests, on the ground floor there is a sofa that can be opened, on the first floors there are two rooms, one with a large French bed, while in the other there are two separate beds. It has a kitchen inside the building, as well as an open kitchen that is on the terrace above the water. The property has drinking water from the water supply.

River House 97 is a luxuriously furnished two-story house,where it is located on the right side of the Bojana River ,400m from the bridge. The house is equipped with all additional inventory, where on the ground floor there is a TV with 200 channels,wi-fi,kitchen with a dining room, a slower, a fridge, a rostil, a toaster, a bathroom with a washer, an iron, a terrace with 60m2 and an additional mini kitchen,with a dining room and towels. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view .The house has 3 parking spaces.

Beautiful cabin near Ulcinj and Bar,surrounded by the most beautiful olive trees in the region.The cabin is located on the main road,in a very beautiful and quiet place between green olive trees. Life does not come with instructions on how to live, but it does come with trees, sunsets, smiles and laughter, so you just need to come and to enjoy your day. There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
