Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ada Bojana

Das gebuchte Haus war nicht verfügbar, dafür haben wir ein anderes Haus in der Nähe vom Meer und von einem Supermarkt bekommen. Das Haus, die Lage war top! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit nochmal zurückkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Dritan war super! Er hatte super Empfehlungen für Beach Clubs, Restaurants, etc. Er kennt sich super aus vor Ort!

Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

Nous avons voyagé à 6. La propriété est très belle, nous avons passé un agréable moment. Le logement est climatisé et propre. L’hôte est réactif et agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement. Chose à savoir, une des 3 chambres est une chambre de passage pour aller dans les autres chambres.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Cozy flat, with a lovely corner balcony that gets the evening sun, and looks onto the sea. A quiet building and the host family is very friendly and welcoming. Nearby to trails that take you down to the water

Absolutely wonderful stay! One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. So well equipped and felt right at home. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Right in front of a sweet, little beach and perfect space/yard for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great central location but still somewhat quiet. Large outdoor area with views of the beach and outdoor seating. Rooms were nice and kitchen equipped with what we needed. High quality pack and play supplied for our little one. Thank you.

Wir blicken auf eine wundervolle Woche in Ulcinj zurück und sind der lieben Budija von Herzen dankbar für ihre herausragende Unterkunft. Alles war makellos sauber, und ich habe mich in einem Airbnb selten so heimisch gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, perfekt, um dem Trubel des Stadtzentrums zu entkommen. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto in rund 5 Minuten, bei allen wichtigen Restaurants, die man in Ulcinj nicht verpassen sollte. In der Nähe befindet sich der kleine Strand (Mala Plaza), wobei wir es vorgezogen haben, zum größeren Velika Plaza zu fahren. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, jedoch wichtig zu wissen: Sonntags sind alle Supermärkte geschlossen. Ich bin Budija für diese wunderbare Erfahrung unendlich dankbar und werde mit Sicherheit wieder bei ihr einkehren. Sie hat uns außerdem mit vielen wertvollen Empfehlungen versorgt, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und unvergesslicher gemacht haben. Vielen Dank liebe Budija <3

Karolina ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Check-in und Check-out haben flexibel und tadelos funktioniert. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 10 bis 14 Jahren. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer, man hat von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer und vom Wohn- Essbereich direkten Meerblick. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Apartmenthaus ist trotz seiner Größe äußerst ruhig. Es gibt einen zur Wohnung gehörigen Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Am privaten Strand bzw. Meerzugang waren immer Sonnenliegen frei. Man kann hier leicht vergessen, dass man im sehr von Touristen frequentierten Dobra Voda ist. Der Hauptstrand und Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt, wobei der Hauptstrand Veliki Pijesak zumindest bei uns im Juli 2024 deutlich überfüllt war.

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

Petar et Alex ont été très accueillant et arrangeant. Ils nous ont conseillé beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans la ville. Ils possèdent un logement magnifique qui est la réflexion de leur couple.

Beautiful surroundings, hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. Free private parking, good air conditioning, beautiful view from the terrace. The private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is very close, which is rocky, beautiful, suitable for diving. The bakery, shop and other beaches are easily accessible on foot. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we really liked everything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb in Ulcinj! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attending to our needs and making sure our experience was pleasant. But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
