Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

Kryni deluxe house is a newly constructed house located only a few meters away from the port of Milos island. Our sea view balcony is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening coctail, feeling the aegean breeze and admiring the view. The house offers everything that will make your holiday remarkable. It is quite spacious, fully equipped and with modern decoration. Papikinou beach is only at 100m. Also, at your arrival you will find a basket with breakfast ingredients.

The windmill in Milos' port

Experience the charm of Milos Island from the unique vantage point of our traditional windmill, nestled in the heart of Adamas, the island's port. Dating back to the 19th century, this meticulously renovated windmill offers a one-of-a-kind retreat. Spread across two floors, the windmill features a cozy living room on the ground floor & a comfortable bedroom with an attached WC on the upper floor. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf of Adamas.

The people in the neighborhood are quiet and polite. Around the apartment, there are cobblestone streets and beautiful alleys connected with the port of Adamantas. "Joys" is in the center of the port, having a cozy and warm atmosphere that will make you relax. In a short walk you will discover the beach, restaurants and café. You will also find taxi, bus station and ATMs. The apartment is located in front of the Ecclesiastical Museum of Milos, having a view of Adamantas.

With a wonderful view of the bay of Adamas, its location combines tranquility and direct access to the main points of the island: the port is only 1.4 km away, the bus stop and Papikinou beach are 300 meters away, while the impressive Sarakiniko is only 3.2 km away. Its comfortable and functional spaces make it an ideal choice for families or groups of 4–5 people.

Villa Tasoula it's located 1km from Adamas downtown ,built with Cycladic architecture it is separated in two floors. Upstairs live my family,at the first floor we made 4 places for hosting. Two apartments and two studio. The Sunrise apartment 45 sq.m. fully equipped available for 3 person.there is not sea view but it is 150 meters from the beach of papikinou, ιdeal for relaxing and pleasant holidays !
