Terra Firma - 1850s Fleurieu Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out. Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.

Directly in front of the apartment building is a bus stop which will take you to the beach or Hills. Welcome to my place! A well designed and fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment for either 2-3 people family\friends trip or business travellers. Right in the city centre and convenient to go to any landmarks in the city within walking distance. Nearby bus stations with Free City Loop Bus 98A, 98C, 99A, 99C take you anywhere in Adelaide. One queen-size bed and a double size sofa bed allow you to relax completely after an exciting trip or a busy day of work. Swimming Pool and Sauna is open.

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

Stay in our spacious loft. NB: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private (We live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa cost included in nightly rate stay.
