Beach house holiday rentals in Adelaide

I have stayed at Charlton's place a number of times now and it feels like a home away from home. The place is always spotless and comfortable to be in.

I picked this property because of its outlook to the beach & it didn't disappoint, an excellent location, 5 min walk to Jetty Road, 10 min walk to the Mariner & all the fantastic restaurants. The house was beautiful, very clean & comfortable. Lots of space for 7 ladies with the 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Janelle was a fantastic host, very friendly, kept in regular contact, instructions were easy to follow & a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property with a group or family & Janelle & Elite Accommodation Holiday & Executive Rentals were fabulous.

Casa Billie is a meticulously decorated house to high standards of quality and function. We felt at home during our stay albeit during the first weekend in recent memory to be rained in by a storm! The heaters and Netflix got a workout but perhaps a summer stay would've seen better use of the extra space on the back deck and grassed backyard for the kids. Every detail has been thought of and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to others.

Kestrel's Nest is amazing. The house is fabulous and the environment is incredible. What more is there to say.

The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had a great time and enjoyed proximity to the beach, walking paths and local dining.

Was an awesome place to stay. Perfect for our Gather round stay. Clean and spacious. Quick stroll to the beach. Will try and book next year for sure.

Accommodation suited the 6 Adults that we had stay. Comfortable and warm on a chilly and wet weekend. Looked out into private garden with much Birdlife. Would recommend to anyone.

Wow, what a stunning home in a beautiful beach front location. So much space in this huge home, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The most amazing view from the huge balcony. Positioned perfectly to walk to cafes and the beach. Everything was so well catered for and Nat was fantastic to deal with and promptly responded to my queries. She also offered us a late check out which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved this house, and look forward to returning again one day.

“Fabulous Retreat”. This wonderful home is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our close, walking distance proximity to the beach. We loved how central we were to all the things we wanted to enjoy & we loved the extra benefit of the heated pool/spa. So decadent. The Hosts certainly went out of their way to increase “the indulgence of our stay”. The linen was dreamy & the thoughtfulness of towels for the pool appreciated. The kitchen had everything we could need & we relished our treats. Definitely the perfect place for a couples get away 💕

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

Great place to stay with friends spread over the two houses (Grande). Such a fabulous view and can imagine it would be amazing in summer. Weather was rainy and windy but despite not being able to spend lots of time on the balcony, we could enjoy the view inside in the warm! Easy walk to the beach and appreciated the multiple living areas throughout the space. Great place!

We stayed over Easter and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect — spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen that made it easy to host the rest of the basketball team for lunch. The boys had a blast playing on the tennis court and swimming in the pool. The location was excellent — close to public transport and the beach, which made everything really convenient. David was a great host: friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place — we had a great time and would happily stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home—it was the perfect Easter getaway for our family. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking sea views that we enjoyed even during the wild, rainy weather. It was incredibly cozy, and we felt right at home. We shared a memorable Easter lunch overlooking the ocean, and to our kids' delight, the Easter Bunny even managed to find us! Between beach walks, relaxing indoors, and venturing out to the fantastic local coffee spots, we made the most of every moment. The Aldinga Surf Club is always a favourite of ours, and the nearby Willunga Farmers Market provided excellent fresh produce and meats as always—we’re long-time supporters and know it well. Everything about the stay was so relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a beautiful space—it made our family holiday really special. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great Easter getaway at Sarah's place. Great for a group getaway, a lot of time spent in the pool and spa! Easy to access the beach and a delish meal at The Victory nearby. Kitchen / the house had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the place was both beautiful and clean. It's just a short walk to the popular beach and only a quick drive to the Colonnades Shopping Centre. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

Our stay at Glennis's property at Sellicks Beach, was a delightful experience. Even though the weather didn't cooperate as we'd hoped, the house provided a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The spacious four-bedroom layout comfortably accommodated our entire group including a baby, and the three bathrooms ensured everyone had ample space. The house was equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The proximity to the beach allowed us to take long walks and enjoy the stunning coastal views. The location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding area with McLaren Vale being just a short 20-minute drive away. Communication with Glennis was seamless, she was responsive and provided clear instructions, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Sellicks Beach. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great location, the driveway was a little difficult to park in. The beds were amazing had an a king sleep the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen super clean too! Such a great stay even though we were there for bereavement but loved it!

Liping’s home was beautifully presented and exactly as described. It suited our group of five individuals perfectly. Highly recommended.
