The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. "Luella's Little House" is a beautifully renovated century home nestled in Parrsboro NS. This charming house is a stone throw from the community's inner harbor where bass fishing , boating abound as the World's Highest Tide floods the harbor. It's a short 7 minute walk to First Beach with its spectacular view of the lighthouse. A 10 minute walk gets you to Main St which is budding with new life with its shops, brewery, bakery and eating establishments. The house is equipped with Netflix.

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable.
