Enjoy a very private Short-term Bedroom Rental in my house with a non-smoking private deck and a nice kitchenette with a dining area. Free street parking is nearby and I pay up to two-night indoor parking ($8/day) during the winter parking Ban. Not suitable for children/pets.

Parks, grocery stores, everything you need just a couple blocks away. At 1250 sq/ft, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We're experienced, thoughtful hosts.
