a private oasis

Enjoy this spacious two story house located between the MacDonald and MacKay bridges! We have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable king bed, wifi, TV with 4K Apple TV, full kitchen, and a private back yard with a patio. There is a second airbnb unit at the front of the house, however, there are no shared spaces and no doorway connecting the two units. I live here for part of the year and rent it out short term while away. If you smoke please do so outside of the house.

This is a super clean and air-conditioned residence! A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store, cafés, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants. Enjoy a very private Short-term Bedroom Rental in my house with a non-smoking private deck and a nice kitchenette with a dining area. Free street parking is nearby and I pay up to two-night indoor parking ($8/day) during the winter parking Ban. Not suitable for children/pets.

An oldie but a goodie! We've created a space that'll make you want to unpack and stay awhile. A very walkable and transit friendly part of town. Parks, grocery stores, everything you need just a couple blocks away. At 1250 sq/ft, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We're experienced, thoughtful hosts. Our priority is to offer a comfortable, well appointed space, ideal for longer stays. I hope you enjoy!
