We are near Bern, the capital of Switzerland, 10 min. walk to the train station and 10 min. drive to the freeway. Located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Charming apartment at the entrance of the Emmental

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Restaurants, shops, castle, swimming pool/Emme, train station are within 10-15 minutes' walk. Both bedrooms can be darkened. Guest access is independent via a key box. Parking is available. Stair climbing required.

The studio is located on the ground floor of a former country school house, surrounded by green meadows, in the beautiful Emmental. The studio has a double bed, a private kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. When the weather is fair, the garden invites you to linger. Despite the rural location, the center of Sumiswald is only about 3 km away. A sports center with swimming pool is also nearby. The nearest bus stop is approx. 1.5 kilometers away.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in a rural area, near Solothurn and Burgdorf. Homely and pleasantly cool in summer, the fully furnished and very well-equipped apartment on the ground floor, furnished in a farmhouse half from 1785 in original style. The apartment has been partially renovated and has a glass-ceramic stove, large fridge, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Minimum rental period is 5 days.
