Apartment holiday rentals in Aegean Sea

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The most beautiful apartment. I cannot recommend Marilena’s apartment highly enough. It’s a true design gem in the very center of the city. The photos do represent the place accurately but cannot do justice to the gorgeous high ceilings, the way the light moves through the apartment throughout the day, the joy of taking a cool bath in the heat of the afternoon or sitting on the balcony drinking wine by candlelight and listening to the sounds of Athens at night. This was just the spot I was looking for. So happy Marilena shares her beautiful space with us. I was so inspired. Thank you Marilena. We hope to be back someday!

Such a beautiful view, so peaceful and private. There is a restaurant next door but. There is a divider between allowing you to still maintain privacy. I loved this space, perfect location. Host was responsive and very helpful! I would recommend!!!

We loved this location - it was exactly what we wanted, and perfect for the two of us. Monastiraki is a great location - a base for exploring the history of Athens, the busy flea market, plenty of restaurants. Things to bear in mind: this is on the seventh floor at the top of a building, and the lift goes to the sixth floor, but the view is worth the extra stairs; it’s a busy neighbourhood, with lots of night life, so expect to hear some music from the adjacent attic bar, although this really didn’t bother us (shut the windows!). The host was very responsive and exceptionally helpful - we appreciated the guides to neighbourhoods, eating places, etc. All in all we loved the location, the lay-out of the premises, the character of the apartment. We would definitely try to stay here again if available.

We had a fantastic stay here. The place is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The view is stunning and is a quick and easy walk to where all the shops and restaurants are. Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and always fresh. Most importantly to us, the staff were helpful, kind and responsive. Made everything easy with no stress for us. Exactly what we were looking for, a simple but luxurious room, perfect for a couple, with a private hot tub, immaculate view and great location. So happy we found Βασο’ς place, would absolutely stay here again!

The description and previous reviews do not exaggerate! We loved so much about this flat: the view, location, communicative host, the view, the size, wonderful hot water in shower, the view, close to many restaurants, and did we mention the view? Seriously, we highly recommend Peter's flat in Athens. Book it as soon as you read this!

Truly a 1-of-1 space! Hard to find anything THIS perfect in the area. The living space was on the second floor and absolutely gorgeous. There are two bedrooms and the couch DOES turn into a bed. The balcony photos don't do it justice - it truly is a magnificent view. Perfectly centered next to every restaurant / shop you could ask for. Not to mention, historical sites are right at your front door! Couldn't have asked for a better space to stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great day at Renata’s place. So convenient to everything in Plaka just minutes from the Acropolis Museum and from the Acropolis itself. There are 63 steps to the apartment so pack light, but the beautiful terrace completely makes up for that. Absolutely no complaints.

This was an amazing stay at an amazing property. Not only was this property in a vibrant part of the city overlooking the harbour it was one of the best appointed properties I have stayed in. The host was brilliant with excellent communication and even serviced the apartment after only 2 days. She also left us wine and delicious local treats. We felt so spoilt - it was a highlight of our Greece trip. Well done!

We had a wonderful stay at Sivanis Ambelas, everything was as described and brand new. The pool area was great for relaxing in the sun and there was a beach and a few nice restaurants within 3 minutes walking. You would need a car to get to Naoussa though. Overall would definitely stay there again! The host was super friendly and responsive, she also lent me a yoga mat which I very much appreciated.

Our stay was unbelievable! We rented out both upper and lower units for our wedding weekend on the island and there aren’t enough words to explain how beautiful the place was. It was even better than pictured, in a very walkable and central location. The hosts live in the home next door and they were incredible! Very responsive, hospitable, understanding, friendly and welcoming. They were very flexible with the check in time, and left a us wine, juice, and homemade cake in the units, cleaned the units and outdoor area daily, did our laundry, and even brought us homemade breakfast one morning when we were home. If you’re looking for a perfect location with family or friends, I would highly recommend!

Wow! This place is insane in all the best ways. We were worried the photos may have been edited but they aren’t. It is an absolute gem and so very hard to leave! You’ll never have to hunt for the perfect sunset, it’s right off your luxurious patio!

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

Everything about it is excellent We were welcomed and treated like kings. A romantic dinner away from the Athenian crowds and enjoying the jacuzzi while admiring the sunset, then waking up in the morning with the same incredible view of the acropolis are privileged moments of life that my wife and I will remember for a long time... The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

Manolis was very friendly and welcoming—he welcomed us in person, gave us a bottle of wine and water as a welcome. His place is beautiful looking out toward the east of the island with a gorgeous view and lovely jacuzzi. It was a beautiful and modern location to stay. The location is in Pyrgos Kallistis, a quieter village high up on Thira (Santorini) island with panoramic views of the island. About a ten minute walk into town where there are many delicious cafes and restaurants as well as the bus stop to get into more touristy parts of the island. I would recommend renting a vehicle if staying here as the bus is relatively infrequent and unreliable. All in all a wonderful stay thanks to a beautiful location and hospitable host!

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

If you’re going to do Santorini, this may as well be the place to splurge on - just stay in, enjoy the space and avoid all the hoards of tourists. Everything was great - only two minor points for improvement: there is a similar property right next door to this one (which the photos do well to not show) with nothing separating the balconies - so it’s not the most private of spaces. Perhaps a small wall or plants would help so you’re not so exposed to the guests next door. Mattress feels like it’s probably on its way out, very soft and could probably do with an update. Other than that, it was brilliant place to avoid the crowds from!

Incredible spot, truly. A bit of a walk to get around and it was a bit treacherous with a toddler and a pregnant wife 😅. But it was really worth it and they helped us with our bags. Absolutely beautiful location.
