We wish you a peaceful vacation with all its spaciousness. Moreover, the sea is a 1-minute walk away :) There are a total of 4 bungalows next to each other at our facility. Depending on the volume of reservations and availability, an available bungalow is provided to our guests on their check-in and check-out dates.

Welcome to Hayyam House, your Şairhane venue for those who love nature and traveling. Şairhane houses offer a peaceful living space in the orchard where you can do yoga, read books and carry out your artistic activities. Kozbeyli village is a 600-year-old Ottoman village. Our village is 2 kilometers from the sea. Yeni Foça is 8 km away. Old Foça is 16 km away. Foça bays are magnificent. Fula Mountain cycling and hiking trail passes through the village. We are waiting for you with our two friendly dogs.

Agiannis’ little cove is located in the Corinthian gulf, 5km away from Domvrena village, 30km away from the city of Thebes and 120km away from Athens. There are just a few fishermen’s houses and one tavern, which is open during all seasons of the year. This is an ideal place for relaxation and peacefulness by the sea and nature, all year round. It would be good for visitors to be well equipped with some trainers, as climbing on the rocks offers an amazing view to the Halcyon islands.

Our house, located in Hamzabükü, which has the unique nature of Karaburun, has a view of nature and the sea. Hamzabükü Bay is within walking distance. Kumbükü and Gönsüz bays are 5 minutes away by car. Piney House promises a peaceful holiday under pine trees, with a starry view over tangerine and lemon trees. You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. It is 10 minutes by car to Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey.

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The house is very close to the beach, to the enter of Pythagoreio, near to port and airport of Pythagoreio, ATM, S/M, monuments, bar, restaurants and coffe stores and the central street.
