The place is super high spec, with loads of little thoughtful extra included such as Bbq coal. House provides everything you need and Clayde was super responsive with everything else including taxis etc. Villa had incredible views, not overlooked. Pool was great, beds comfy. Special shout out to the cleaners who got our baby a little present! There is a shop and some restaurants that are walkable but as the long driveway area isn't paved you can't really do it with a pram. Better to hire a car anyway. Is not a 'bargain' but appropriately priced. Would stay again.

Staying in the villa feels like staying at home: it’s cozy, well equipped, decorated with love and Angie and her family are all incredibly nice. A huge bonus- they can prepare food for you which is with home grown vegetables and tastes amazing. We had no issues with the check in or when leaving and I feel we were very lucky to have found this place. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous view and the privacy of a whole house, this is your place. 🧡

As others have written, this is a fantastic modern villa with a beautiful view of the sea. It has a large pool (unheated as with most villas) and a beautiful interior design to the little details - large towels for both pool and shower, fully equipped kitchen with every item needed (paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, saran wrap, aluminium foil, etc.). All you need to do is buy food! A nice welcome was cold mineral water, soft drinks, beer and wine, which awaited us in the refrigerator. Neil generously allowed us to check out late as there was nobody else arriving that day. I would only note that the nearby sandy Kanali beach is not an easy stroll but rather a steep hike downhill and then uphill, although it was beautiful and almost empty. There are several good restaurants nearby in walking distance. Also note that the front door locks automatically so make sure you have the key when you go out. Although the price is high it is definitely worth it!

Fantastic villa, very well maintained in a beautiful part of the island with easy access to lovely restaurants and great beaches! Highly recommend.
