There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

A great apartment, exactly as described and located in the (new) center of the city. Two big parks around the corner. The blue-line (MRT) connects you with every other major line and is just a short walk away (you can use your credit card visa/master at the gates and don't need to buy extra tickets, which is super convenient). Transit wise a great location, a lot of hotspots can be reached pretty fast (restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, local markets, shopping malls aso.). Ami and her team were super supportive and informative. They made sure that everything went smoothly and safely during check-in, check-out and in between. If you have any questions just ask .. honestly .. very attentive within a short period of time. Your questions will be either answered directly or a solution will be figured out. I had trouble turning on the AC since I was pointing the remote into the wrong direction - just one "Hello, I have question..." and it was figured out. Thx, would gladly stay again 😊.

The apartment is great and has everything you need like washing machine and cups/plates. As others have said it’s far from everything but if you use grab bike it’s not too much of an issue. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the lane and the actual apartment building and people are nice. A quiet area to enjoy coming back too.

I had a great stay at Tatanthon’s place. The location is excellent - just a short walk to the BTS, 7-11 and plenty of food options nearby. As a female solo traveller, I really appreciated how safe the area felt. There were always people around, especially at the nearby hostel and 7-11. The condominium also had regular security presence, which added to the sense of safety. The apartment itself was generally clean and comfortable. It does appear a bit more dated compared to the photos but it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a solid and affordable choice close to the city centre!
