Our stay was faultless. The riad is gorgeous and the host very attentive. The place was cleaned daily and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Would highly recommend and would also return.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

Huge place, cozy and very nice location. We chose to walk for most of the stay, amazing restaurants and locations all walking distance. Air conditioning in every room, the decor and the lighting was spot on. The cleaning lady/cook is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. Love the attention to detail of the interior. Just beautiful. Terrace was amazing. We saw an incredible lightening and thunder display up there. Stunning views. We really enjoyed the breakfast beautifully prepared with lots of love by Naima.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad was perfect for our family, an oasis in Marrakesh. Fatimzara & Simo were lovely to meet and very helpful. The food was beautiful and they were so responsive if we needed anything. The location is perfect as we were near everything but it was lovely to have a cool dip in the plunge pool at the end of the day. Thank you!

The property was so lovely and the staff were very accommodating. It is located really centrally in the Medina so was great for my friends and I to go sightseeing and get back easily. I even had a good running route for my morning 5km so that was a great bonus!! Would love to stay with Chris again on my next trip to Marrakech!

Oh, how I loved our stay! This is at the southern edge of the medina - just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, but remarkably quiet. We had little birds join us by the breakfast room every morning, the roof terrace was lovely, and it all stayed *remarkably* cool (especially with the pool!) even in the intense Marrakech heat - tho the aircon in the bedroom was also very welcome! We were very well looked after and the breakfasts were outstanding. There was SO much food that we felt guilty about waste (maybe there could be some kind of menu that guests can choose from, so that it all gets eaten?!). It was absolutely yummy and we could skip lunch every day we were there because we were so full! The support we received was also incredibly helpful – Aziz organised taxis for us from the airport and also for a day trip to Essouira (strong recommend, btw!). It was a wonderful stay: a few steps from the beating heart of Marrakech, but a genuine oasis. Lovely memories. Thank you.

We had a wonderful four days staying at Frank's apartment in the beautiful Xlendi bay. Gozo is a stunning island to discover. The apartment was well equipped and well situated, only two minutes from the bay with all it's excellent restaurants. Excellent base for exploring the sland with some lovely scenic walks from the bay. We hope to return to Gozo soon. Thank you Frank

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful stay with Kelly in Akrotiri. Kely was very kind and helpful for anything we needed, and she provided a great selection of groceries for morning meals and beach towels which we really appreciated. The flat is very clean. Fira and Oia were close enough to get to quickly by car but far enough away to not be affected by their busy traffic. We definitely recommend this accommodation if you want a good base for exploring the island. Kely is the best host I have ever met. Thanks again Kely.

Markos and Lisa were without a doubt the most gracious hots we’ve ever had. Everything was thought of and provided. The home was fantastic with an amazing view. I would definitely book this home again!

Very cool apartment with gorgeous views of the Pyramids and Sphinx. Mohammed was an excellent and welcoming host providing recommendations and other necessities to compliment our stay. Since the apartment is on a bustling street it can be a bit on the noisy side but overall our first trip to Egypt was a huge success!! Staying with Mohammed was a pleasure, would definitely recommend and do it again.

First I'd like to say that Taro & Janko were very responsive, helpful and friendly from the get go. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen basic if you need to cook for yourself. I was also impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. The location is central to most attractions in the CBD area. All in all I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be checking if this apartment is available next time I have to travel to Cape Town.

We absolutely loved it here. We looked all over the island and found the best view on the island for sunsets was on our balcony. The breakfasts were not anything crazy but more than adequate and we loved having them delivered to our room each morning. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it however there are a couple of slightly negative things worth mentioning. The smell: the back porch did have a scent that was mentioned in other reviews. It’s a sewage smell. It’s not pleasant. But was limited to the balcony and seemed to be dependent on the wind. We made a joke about it because when we smelled it, we always knew we were close to “Home”. The hot tub is not hot. It’s warm and we used it every day but be aware… it’s not “hot”. Lastly… communicating with the hosts prior to our arrival was a bit challenging. Responses were quite slow but once we arrived and started communicating with Sotiris in country, it was no problem. Sotiris was amazing and made everything easy

It was fantastically beautiful. You immediately felt at home in the studio, which was furnished with attention to detail. I immediately noticed the wonderful smell when you enter the apartment. Even the towels and bed linen smelled fantastic. It was very clean. Noemi immediately welcomed us warmly, as if we had known each other forever. We had fresh bread, margarine, jam and fresh water provided. The view is unparalleled. And it's all just like in the photos. We would recommend everyone to book their stay there.

Beautiful place and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near Bab bou Joulad. Quiet and comfy. The rooftop terrace is wonderful for delicious breakfast. Absolutely excellent- loved it in every way.

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

Ritsa was a phenomenal host. She was very responsive and helpful always. Our room was cleaned daily, we had free breakfast, check-in was flexible, and we had new linens and towels each day. Would recommend to anyone.

WOW! If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable Riad this is the best! The host was the kindest man I’ve ever met and helped make sure we made it to our driver safely and even gave us a thorough explanation of the Medina and a map of the area. Our room was large and clean and the location was close to everything. HIGHLY recommend! 😀

It’s hard to imagine, but these photos can’t do this property justice. It is truly beachfront, and is absolutely romantic and beautiful. If you have an issue with wildlife, especially pesky monkeys, or you aren’t comfortable in an outdoor environment, or you don’t want to have to walk down a path through the jungle to get to your romantic hideaway, nestled in the jungle and looking out over a pristine, white sand beach, then perhaps this is not for you, but for us…? It was absolutely magical. Nicole is an amazing host, and everyone who works there is kind and caring. The service was excellent —and do not miss the breakfast. This property far exceeded our expectations, and truly lived up to everything we had hoped for.

The location is perfect, quiet while being close to amenities and transport. The host was very welcoming, available and responsive, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The view is second to none, and the service is just as incredible! They were very accommodating, and the entire stay was perfect! I’ll be dreaming about the view for years to come!
