This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

Our flat is close to Hamburg and Stade and the river Elbe. The distance to the next Train station is Horneburg (6 km away). The flat offers two single beds (90 x 200) which can used as single or as a double bed. Also the flat has Internet and a nice view into the rural landscape. We also offer breakfast for an extra charge in the morning. You will love it, because it is quiet. And the people are friendly. Have a great day and see you soon!

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The medical clinics are also within walking distance. Free parking at the house. This studio is one of the most affordable ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land.
