Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Agde

Nous sommes venues à 7 pour un EVJF et nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison (espaces suffisants et correctement équipée). L’extérieur est autant agréable que l’intérieur. La maison est impeccable et les prestations proposées correspondent à la réalité. Encore merci pour cet accueil chaleureux ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Super endroit pour se retrouver à plusieurs! Le château est très bien équipé et confortable!

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Atmosphäre! Wir haben die Ruhe geliebt und hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben! Die Gegend ist sehr gepflegt, sicher und alles ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Magnifique logement, dans un lieu paisible et agréable. Mélanie et Jean-Emmanuel ont été adorables et accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Isabelle et Charly. Ils sont très attentionnés et font leur maximum pour rendre les vacances les plus agréables possible. Mention spéciale pour Isabelle et les délicieux sacristains !!! Le studio, avec vue sur la piscine, est beau, très propre et bien décoré. Le patio privé est super pour prendre ses repas à l’extérieur tout en étant à l'abri.... Nous n'avons pas encore fini d'explorer la région du bassin de Thau et nous reviendrons à Mèze, c'est certain.

The property was exactly what we wanted for our 4 week getaway. It was a home from home, comfortable, had all the amenities that we needed for such a long stay. The place was very clean and we were offered a complementary house and pool clean while there too which was arranged for a time convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the showers warm and powerful. Our host was very responsive with answers to any questions that we had. They increased the temperature of the pool so that it was comfortable for our baby to swim in it and when the weather temperature dropped they were responsive in switching the property from air conditioning to heating. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Olivers place.

Un havre de paix! Une bâtisse sublime refaites et décoré avec goût et avec une une vue imprenable sur la campagne. Chambres bien équipée, spacieuse, silencieuse et literie du meilleur confort qu’il soit. La piscine juste en bas est incroyablement bien équipée: nombreuses assises, toilettes, cuisine très bien équipée, éclairage efficace et agréable, cafetière et même lave vaisselle! Un vrai bijou digne un magazine d’architecte! BRAVO et MERCI

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Modern, comfortable apartment in the centre of Cap d’Agde. Garage parking for one car. Great communication with owner and Vincent who met us and showed us around.

We travelled from the USA to see our daughter who is studying in the area. The apartment is very clean, cute and comfortable. The buses were easy to work out and got us everywhere we needed. It is very close to beaches and shops which we walked to daily. Close to a grocery store and coffee shop we went loved. We would definitely come back! A trip to remember. And Christiane was very friendly and answered any queries very quickly.

Je suis ravie de mon séjour dans le logement de Roland. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait : juste un portillon nous sépare de la plage, proche du centre port et des restos, tout en étant légèrement excentré pour être au calme. L'appartement est confortable ! On s'y sent bien. La vue mer de la terrasse est superbe ! Une bonne adresse à recommander et à mémoriser.... mais chut ! Il ne faut pas trop l'ébruiter

Le logement de Stephanie est extrêmement bien situé, avec une vue extraordinaire sur Sète, parfaitement calme, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé . Tout y est , que ce soit pour la salle de bains ou la cuisine, y compris un fond de cuisine important et appréciable. En outre, Stéphanie est très accueillante, à la disposition de ses locataires pour quelque renseignement que ce soit. Autre point tout à fait appréciable : on peut tout faire à pied (ou à vélo) de chez elle. Donc à proximité de la ville, avec une terrasse et un petit jardin à disposition ! Merci Stéphanie pour cet excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

Très bel appartement pour un séjour très agréable

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Studio loué pour 2 nuits et choisi pour son emplacement, je n'ai pas été déçue. Idéalement placé, au coeur d'une rue commerçante, de nombreux bars/restaurants/glaciers à proximité immédiate, plage accessible à pieds. Le studio était très propre, bien agencé. Coup de coeur pour le coin kitchenette très propre et moderne. Petite terrasse très agréable malgré la vue sur la rue commerçante et j' ai apprécié le volet roulant qui permet de se protéger du vis-à-vis et de la chaleur. La communication avec les hôtes a été parfaite car vous recevez un premier message dès la réservation effectuée,puis la veille de votre arrivée toutes les indications pour récupérer les clés et accéder au logement vous sont adressés de façon très détaillée. Je recommande sans hésitation.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Bien accueilli, je recommande ce logement car bien situé et aménagé. Lieu propre,calme repondu à mes attentes.. Superbe piscine et plage à proximité. Y retournerai avec plaisir.
