We had a great week in this nice apartment, very well renovated, with air conditioning, not to mention the magnificent sea view. The port is less than a 10-minute walk away. I will come back with great pleasure.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

We had a night in the accommodation. The concierge Romy welcomed us, handed over the keys and took the keys back the next day. The apartment is sufficiently large for 2 people, very well furnished and very clean.

Seemingly very nice, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The hot tub and private garden are the real plus of this apartment. Recommended address. Will definitely go back.

I would recommned this property. First short vacation with our 2.5 year old son, it went really well, I recommend it without hesitation. Very clean and large accommodation, unlike what you can find for the same price, Didier was very responsive to all our requests and very flexible. Don't hesitate.

Our second stay at this fantastic apartment - very comfortable, well appointed, great facilities, excellent location 5 mins walk from harbour and loads of restaurants. Bathroom & kitchen area very clean and efficient. Large wrap around balcony for sitting outside with great views of the Etang. Manual is a great host - responds to any queries very quickly & clearly. Excellent check in instructions with clear photos. All entry doors use codes so all members of party can come and go without sharing keys. Marseillan is a great location for a holiday. The town and harbour are all walkable with great variety of food & drink. No need for a car if you catch bus from Beziers airport. We certainly would like to return for a third trip!

A very warm and inviting welcome from Eveline and Francis with a bottle of wine! The place was perfectly located near the restaurants, beach, grocery and night-life, yet peaceful and quiet once the unit security blinds are down. Clean with a everything you need including a microwave, washing machine, air conditioning, internet, linens with no surprise additional costs! Early check in and late check out was allowed. Perfect hosts with a safe and 'feel like home' accommodation. Will definitely re book. Brilliant!

This was our second visit to Dominique’s gorgeous place and it didn’t disappoint. He is a fantastic host and the house, garden and pool are exactly as described/pictured. I am returning again in September demonstrating how much I love this place.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can reach the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, baby bed, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioning systems in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

What can I say .. stayed a month, and could have stayed a year. One of the best apartments we have booked. As the photos indicate the decor is both very beautiful and practical [comfortable living area, very well provisioned full kitchen, good bed and linen, clean and functional bathroom, plenty of storage space, separate TV loft). The apartment enjoys lots of light streaming in through the French doors onto a delightful little balcony. Air con and heating both excellent. Location perfect, central but quiet. Véro and David are generous and attentive hosts. Cannot recommend enough. Note: recycling bins for glass and paper/plastic are located nearby in Place Molière, and there are Biodéchets (brown bins) at various locations across Montpellier.

A hyper (the word is not misused) clean and very well designed accommodation with breathtaking views of the port. A caring and hyper-responsive host. PERFECT stay in a sublime setting. And as a bonus, a closed garage in the condominium secured by the regular rounds of a guard. You can't get better than this in a central location (without the disadvantages of the center) like this, close to all amenities and beaches. This is the perfect rental for people who want a stay in a peaceful place and close to the center where you can stroll peacefully along the docks of the port.

We needed to meet for a weekend with the family, I recommend this rental, close to beaches, shops and the port, we had a peaceful and refreshing weekend. Great hospitality from our host. The flat is lovely and very clean with an amazing terrace (loved the view!). The beddings are very good quality (I slept very well, which is rare when not in mine). Little shop near by which is very convenient. We also found a lovely restaurant, a part of that the town missed additional little shops (clothes, souvenirs, decoration).

My husband and I spent a night, everything is in accordance with the photo, small rose petal on the bed, nice touch 😍 The jacuzzi is the real plus of the accommodation and small private terrace. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back 👌

Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make the stay of travelers easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. the apartment is very well located, a stone's throw from the cathedral. You can see it through the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that you did not manage to operate properly and the lack of towels to wipe your hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more practical. We had a great time in Avignon!
