Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Within walking distance to the speedboat quay with arrival from Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim as well as parking if you come by car. Grocery store a short walk away. Beautiful views and opportunities for trips in the surrounding area. Small bench with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Please note! Lots of possibilities for bike tours. Great views, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the lake. Child-friendly. Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Dagligvarebutikk er kun 15 min. kjøring unna Koselig kafe i gangavstand, med asiatisk preg, kioskvarer, bensinstasjon.

Gammelbua on Stavøy

It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!
