Located in the wooded garden of our house with stunning views of the canal bridge, Jasmin district. 
Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.
