Located in the historic heart of Bordeaux, it combines the charm of the old (parquet floors, beautiful ceiling height, pretty balcony) with the comfort of the modern (equipped kitchen, elevator). The spacious bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard, the bathroom is completely renovated with a comfortable and spacious shower. The living room is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a nice balcony.

Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
