The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. A total of 100 bright and airy square meters with visible beams, a sloping ceiling and lots of atmosphere - and room for 6 people + a crib for a smaller child. Play corner with toys and books, as well as games for big and small. You get a very central location in the pedestrian street with direct access to the city's life, cafes, etc., and at the same time a view over the fjord, and close to the beach. Parking space 2 minutes from apartment, washer and dryer.

Draved old-growth forest and Rømø/Wadden Sea (UNESCO) are also within reach by car. There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The cottage is 500 meters from the farm (access by car) where you can use your private bathroom, toilet. incl. firewood/charcoal.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
