Own part of villa, with sauna, charging box for your electric car

Fully newly-built apartment in the villa! Sleeps 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Villa by the lake, 15 minutes to the city and nature reserve

Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil accommodation near Lake Magelungen in the Fållan Trångsund area. You can take a swim or go out with paddleboards in the lake. When you want to feel the big city pulse, you can take the train "commuter train" walking distance 15 minutes and takes 10 minutes to Södermalm, 15 minutes to the city taxi into södermalm which takes about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Tyresta National Park 17 minutes by car 8 km to Tel2 Arena, 10 km to Skanstull, 13 km to T-centralen 20 km to Friends Arena

Cozy cottage at the edge of the forest

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm central, you will find this cozy cabin. A ten minute walk will take you to the center of Trångsund with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaning, shoe maker and simpler restaurants. In the same amount of time, you go to the nearest swimming area or liked the cafe and restaurant Villa Printz. The cabin is located right at the edge of the forest, adjacent to a hiking trail. From here you will hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn paws both fox and deer and hares often pass by.

Cozy cottage in a simpler standard with a lake view – only about 100 meters to the marina with swimming opportunity in the lake Orlången. The cottage has two patios and parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers an unbeatable tranquility with birdsong, bathing lakes and nature reserves around the corner. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Noise may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7am-4pm) No work will be done in mid-July

From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

This apartment in a villa has private entrance with a small porch where you can sit and rest. It is located 20 minutes from the center by bus and access to underground. During rush hours directly by bus to/from Central station. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Free parking very close the room. The room has one bed and one extra bed (sofabed).
