Christos and Jenny's house is beautiful, with large spaces, tastefully decorated, and a superb garden overlooking the city and the sunset. There is everything you need and more than you need in the house! A car is required to access the house located on the heights of Chora (Naxos) Christos and Jenny were very welcoming, very responsive and available Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 13 days stay. Alma and Giannis could not have been better hosts. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage. We had a great selection of welcome gifts. The apartment was perfect for us - perfect location, all amenities that you could want, very quiet and comfortable. All questions were answered quickly. They could not have been more helpful. We would love to return for another visit.

spent one week in Paros and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. Beautifully located in Santa Maria area, 10 minutes drive to Naoussa. Very clean and perfectly equipped. Communication was easy and very friendly. Would always come back!

Beautiful location near Santa Maria beach and a short drive to Naousa for dinner each night. The host was very responsive with any questions. The backyard area has spectacular views and is very well kept. Great location to stay while in Paros and was able to drive around and explore the entire island very easily. Highly recommend!

Our group absolutely loved our stay at "the pink castle" of Naxos. The view is sublime. Catarina was an amazing and beautiful host who took such good care of us and our kids. Eating a homecooked farm fresh breakfast under the fruit trees prepared by her was a huge highlight for us. Swimming in the pool and looking out at the view was heavenly. 10/10 We all had a magnificent time.

We had an amazing stay at Nikoç place. The house was big (we were 2) with two bedrooms and baths. There was a nice patio with a table outside, were we had dinner and breakfast. Everything was as descripted in the photos. There is a parking spot, the house is in a quiet borough with a mini market always open in 1 min drive. Beds are huge and extra comfortable! We had a car, so we wandered around, but there is a beautiful beach at 400meters from the house. Nonetheless Nikoç was a very helpful host and welcomed us with a bottle of local liquor and biscuits. We will for sure come there when in Paros!!

The house was great! The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of dishes, glasses, lots of chairs. Front patios. Back patios. The pool was a good size and we had great fun with the grandchildren. We stayed 6 nights and they changed the linens and did housekeeping half way through. That was much appreciated!!

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, modern and beautiful. Valentina was lovely, she is one of the people helping take care/manage the property. She met us upon our arrival and provided local recommendations. She also checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure everything is ok. I would definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the property did not have any soap, paper towels or some other basic necessities. Water was also not provided, which is not required of course, but other properties we’ve stayed at usually had a bottle or 2 of water for us since we didn’t have time to go shopping before arriving to the Airbnb after our long travel day. Having some water in the fridge even 1 bottle would’ve been a nice touch.

We had a party of 4 couples for 5 nights and loved our time at this villa. We all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms, and while the indoor living area wasn’t massive, it was more than made up with the great outdoor spaces. We walked to dinner each night comfortably, we used both the pool and the sea which was a quick walk away. Sunrises were spectacular over the water and Dorothea and her Mom left us with a bottle of wine and some other goodies. They also made sure we had supplies for a BBQ and have us great recommendations for local restaurants. I hope we have an opportunity to return - would highly recommend if you’re after a lovely villa in a quieter part of Paros, where you can experience genuine Greek hospitality.

The most perfect house and view for escaping modern life! The local beach and beach club were sheltered and it was very windy when we were there!

Couldn’t ask for a better holiday! We made ourselves home quickly in this villa as it had everything we needed, and even daily cleaning services, which was a really nice touch. I also liked that we had unobstructed views of the stunning l sunrise and sunset every day at our doorstep. The villa is located at a quieter area of Paros, but still a walking distance to restaurants and a short drive away from the island’s pristine beaches. I’d recommend anyone seeking some peace and quiet to stay at Piso Livadi, and specifically at this lovely property. Thank you Yannis for being such a lovely host and making sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay!

We stayed in June with 2 adults and 2 children. It was a beautiful place that marched the description and photos. The indoor space had everything we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic. We spent a majority of our time out there during all parts of the day. We also took advantage of the beach - it was an easy 5 minutes walk. The Plaka beach area had many restaurants to choose from. Another great convenience was Delulu’s cafe. It was right beside the place and we picked up food and drinks there many times. It was our first visit to Naxos and this was a great place to stay. I’d strongly recommend if you want a peaceful place but still convenient to your vacation needs.

We loved our time at Ionnais Mario's Villa. Lots of spaces to relax: pool side, lounge, dining room and little balcony where I had my morning coffee each day (also a roof terrace). It's approx 5 min drive down to the beach clubs and approx 10 minutes into Naxos, so with a car it's very convenient. The daily cleaning was an added bonus. Great experience from start to finish.

Everything was perfect. The place was beautiful exactly like in the pictures. Quiet and secluded beach is right outside the place. The villa was beautiful and nothing was missing, really well thought out. They even had chairs and other stuff you’d want to take to the beach. Whole complex is very well maintained and clean. Can’t ask for more and we will very likely come back next summer!

Loved this place and the location. It's right in the heart of Naoussa and within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants that you will want to visit. The nightlife is popping in the area so it can get a little louder in the later hours of the evening but we still didn't have an issue sleeping. Theodoros was extremely responsive and accommodated our bags for early check in and late check out. Would recommend!

We had an AMAZING experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, with a private rooftop with amazing views and amenities. Perfect studio apartment for a girls trip, and the location couldn’t be better — less than 5 minutes from the main area of town. The host was so kind and communicative, and his family-run pasta place is underneath (which was delicious). He even gave us a late check out and let us store our luggage. Would come back again and again!

We had such a wonderful few days, everything was just magical. Maria met us to check in and was amazing with recommendations for the island. The house was beautifully presented and the cleaner came every day. We had fresh fruit, cake, coffee refilled every single day. It was better than the 4* hotel we stayed in in Santorini. It is a few steps from the beach and restaurants, mini market just around the corner across from a free car park. We literally couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Naxos. You need to stay here to feel the magic of the locals and the island.

We loved staying here. The roof terrace is fabulous. Great views, with comfortable chairs, sun loungers and table. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect. Everything is close by. Highly recommend.

Very nice place if you don't mind the stairs up. However, the view is worth 1000% ;)

Casa Solmar was an excellent place to stay for our friend group’s first time in Naxos and Greece. The home’s outdoor space was wonderful for relaxing, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Michail was also an extremely responsive and kind host, who took care to give recommendations for food and activities around Naxos. We recommend renting a small car if you want to go through town and explore other parts of the island. We rented 2 cars for a group of 7 and it worked out perfectly. If you are coming to Naxos, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy Casa Solmar!
