Το διαμέρισμα(30τ.μ)είναι στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης.Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε καφετέριες και εστιατόρια και απέχει από την παραλία 10 μέτρα.Βρίσκεται σε 2ο όροφο οικοδομής και διαθέτει ασανσέρ.Η κουζίνα περιέχει όλες τις ηλεκτ.συσκευές (Ψυγείο,φούρνος,πλυντήριο ρούχων,εσπρέσσο μηχανή).Διαθέτει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο από την κουζίνα,διαθέτει όμορφο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα και μπορείτε εκεί να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας.Διαθέτει ένα όμορφο λουξ μπάνιο.Επίσης υπάρχει ελεύθερο WIFI, ac και τηλεόραση.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Η μοναδική του τοποθεσία προσφέρει μαγευτική θέα στην πλατεία και το λιμάνι της πόλης καθώς και ένα υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε ό,τι θέλετε να φάτε, να πιείτε και να ψωνίσετε. Ο τοπικός σταθμός λεωφορείων απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και ο σταθμός των ταξί 4 λεπτά .

Μόνο 5 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο και μόλις 25 λεπτα με τα πόδια απτό κέντρο της πόλης μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ησυχία της φύσης και τον ήχο των κυμάτων. Επίσης απέχει 15 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο την παραλία Γάγγου περνώντας απο ένα μονοπάτι μέσα στην φύση. Δειτε το ομορφότερο ηλιοβασίλεμα κάθε απόγευμα από το μπαλκόνι σας! Infinity view to Vathy town. Underneath the house there is an unorganized private beach and other organized beaches 5'drive away. Check "Paradise apartment" as well if you are big family or friends who want to arrange holidays together. The two apartments are independent and close to each other.

Centraal gelegen in Kokkari op steenworp afstand van de gezellige terrassen, het strand en het pittoreske haventje. Het is een volledig gerenoveerd traditioneel Grieks huisje met een buitenterras aan de voordeur in een gezellig straatje. Op de benedenverdieping bevindt zich de separate toiletruimte met wasmachine, de slaapkamer en de ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de bovenverdieping is de volledig ingerichte keuken, het lounge gedeelte met slaapbank en een dakterras.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided.
