Chariclea Villa Retreats: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villa Retreats, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε ό,τι θέλετε να φάτε, να πιείτε και να ψωνίσετε. Ο τοπικός σταθμός λεωφορείων απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και ο σταθμός των ταξί 4 λεπτά .

Stonehouse is a wonderful two floor residence that combines both the traditional and modern element, providing all comforts for a unique accommodation in Samos island. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood with a magical panoramic view of Vathy bay. At the same time, it is just five minutes foot walk away from the down town, where you can do your shopping and enjoy your walk on the beautiful coastal road with various restaurants, café and bars.

The traditional two-story stone house is just one minute between the two squares of our village. There are taverns with amazing food around it. Incredibly cool, quaint that takes you to another era. Traditional items of value compose a calm atmosphere that will create unforgettable memories. Each room carved with love combining the old and the new. On our balcony you make the green of nature ,spending moments of relaxation.

Sea front house

Ένα όμορφο παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι της νήσου Σαμου, μόλις 2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της πόλης της Σαμου σε μια από τις πιο διάσημες περιοχές για τη θέα του. Η θέα της θάλασσας σε συνδυασμό με τον καλαίσθητο σχεδιασμό του σπιτιού και την ησυχία της περιοχής, είναι αυτά που το καθιστούν ιδανικό για όποιον θέλει να συνδυάσει τις διακοπές του με χαλάρωση ακόμα και με την απομακρυσμένη εργασία του.

Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.
