Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Το σπίτι ειναι απλα υπέροχο! 3 πανέμορφα υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία μολυ μεγάλη, κουζίνα εξαιρετική πεντακαθαρη και εξοπλισμενη με οτι χρειάζεσαι, αλάτια, πιπερια, λάδι, καφέ εσπρεσο ακομα και πλαστικά ποτηράκια είχε. 2 μπάνια στον πανω όροφο στα υπνοδωμάτια μεγαλα και 1 wc στον κάτω όροφο επισης πεντακάθαρα οπου ειχε πάλι τα πάντα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν, κρέμα μαλλιών, πετσέτες εξτρα χεριών αρκετες και ακομα και αποσμητικά σώματος και χαρτιά χαρτομάντιλα για όσους δεν χρησιμοποιούν πετσέτες για το πρόσωπο! Η Εμμα καταπληκτική οικοδεσπότης, πολυ φιλική και ευγενική, υπέροχος άνθρωπος! Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την Εμμα και το υπέροχο σπίτι της για να περάσετε τις διακοπές η το σαββατοκύριακο σας με την παρεα η την οικογένεια σας! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

L’endroit est vraiment très calme et la vue depuis l’appartement est magnifique. L’hôte est très gentille et nous a même offert du raisin de son jardin. Parfait pour des vacances reposantes!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο άνετο και σε βολική ήσυχη τοποθεσία.Η φιλιώ ήταν πρόθυμη ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.Η υπέροχη θέα και η όμορφη πισίνα έκαναν την διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και θα το προτείνουμε και σε άλλους. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad met 4 volwassenen, 2 hondjes en een baby. Het huis (en tuin en zwembad) is mega goed onderhouden en super schoon. Antonis stuurde van te voren gezellige spraakberichten met duidelijke instructies en zijn moeder ontving ons ruim voor de inchecktijd (dit was geen probleem). Als er iets was konden we het hele verblijf bij ze terecht en we zijn zelfs nog een keer verrast met heerlijke verse broodjes. We zijn 1 dagje naar Athene geweest, wat goed te doen was met een auto. Verder is er (in het laagseizoen) niet heel veel te beleven in de omgeving, maar aangezien het huis zo fijn is hoeft dat ook helemaal niet. Top verblijf!

Πραγματικά ήταν από τις ομορφότερες διαμονές που είχαμε! Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι, φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο,με όλες τις ανέσεις και εκτός της υποδοχής από την οικοδέσποινα, μας είχαν και καλούπια παραδοσιακά για πρωινό! Ταβέρνα φοβερή δίπλα από το σπίτι,με επίσης απίστευτες νοστιμιές,αλλά και τιμές και ευγενεστατους ανθρώπους! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

La maison était parfaite. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille, à 14 + un bébé, et nous nous sommes régalés. Le logement était propre, confortable et apaisant. Super séjour à Perdika. Seul petit bémol, l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre du sous-sol. Nous remercions Ioulia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour !

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

Πολύ άνετο και προσεγμένο σπίτι Σε κοντινή απόσταση από Ερέτρια και Βασιλικό .. θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα !

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Excellent house and host! Everything was very clean and Vasilis was very responsive and polite!! Just keep in mind that the whole experience is much better from what you see in the photos! My opinion is that the photos are downgrading the actual quality of the house! Every guests was more than satisfied 😊

Olga was a very responsive host. Amazing location with stunning sunsets. Great location to explore the island. 10mins drive from port with lots of restaurants and shops. Recommend suitable 4x4 to explore the island, given there are dirt roads. Highly recommend Kea and this stunning villa.

Maria's accomodation is such a beautiful place. It was like the pictures and better. Everything was very clean and a very thoughtful design for a glamping! Maria was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I think I will go again, was totally worth it. 😊

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Hallo, wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Woche bei Margarita. Wir haben uns direkt in die Lage direkt am Meer verliebt und konnten jeden Tag über den privaten Meereszugang schwimmen gehen. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft wunderbar minimalistisch und für alle Menschen die gerne viel Zeit draußen verbringen perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebe Grüße💜

I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

Great views, beautiful apartment, responsive host. Worked well for my family including an infant and my mother, with elevator access and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out and avoid the heat and crowds in the city in the afternoons.

Ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που αναζητουσαμε για τις φετινές μας διακοπές! Ένα παραδοσιακό πανέμορφο σπίτι με μια υπέροχη βεράντα και κηπό! Αυτός ο παλιός ιστορικός οικισμός θα μας μείνει αξέχαστος! Απολαύσαμε την απόλυτη ησυχία και ηρεμία της φύσης κι όταν φύσαγε ο βόρειας, το σημείο μας έδωσε την δυνατότητα να εξερευνησουμε τον Ευβοϊκό! Οι οικοδεσπότες αν και δνε τους γνωρίσαμε ήταν πάντα νοερά διπλα μας σε περιπτωση που χρειαζομασταν κατι! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Μαρία, Φάνης & Μπόμπιρας!!!

This home is very spacious, had beautiful furnishings, stunning terraces and views! Our hosts were helpful and responsive. This is a pretty remote location and does not have direct access to the sea from the home. There are a few tavernas and sandy beaches close by but a car is required as nothing is within walking distance. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a large gorgeous home and lots of privacy!

Happy with our stay here, place was lovely and the view from the roof top was wonderful. Didn’t mention that it’s shared by a mechanical or similar shed area but could be easily ignored with the beauty of the Acropolis. Apartment is definitely showing signs of age but what can be expected of a city as ancient as Athens. Overall would recommend to others and would return if we are ever back. We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the villa and it worked fantastically well for us with a multi generational family. Konstantinos was so helpful prior to us arriving, sorting baby equipment etc, and even arranging for a paddling pool to be set up ready for our toddler's arrival. He met us in person and had many recommendations and was easy to contact throughout the visit - he was even able to get a family member to come and help us when we got locked out of the house by mistake late at night. We really enjoyed the area: we know Athens well but felt it would be too hot at this time of year with young children. The area was the perfect compromise as we could drive into Athens to see friends but the closest beach was just 5 mins away and there were many good restaurants to eat at. It was wonderful to sit in the garden with a breeze and look out at the sea and the outside space is well set up for meals outside. The house has been done beautifully and is comfortable. Thank you!
