Jona is responsive and great host from start to finish makes you feel welcome. The apartment has been renovated and there is attention to details. The apartment is always cool so no need to even turn the AC on. The unit locks up like a warehouse so it very secure and keeps the place cool and very dark easy to sleep. The area is very nice hidden gem

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Quel bel appartement! Le logement est spacieux, décoré avec goût, impeccable, propre, parfaitement rangé. La vue est superbe, et la terrasse est très agréable. Nos hôtes ont été reactifs, et nous répondaient très rapidement à la moindre question de notre part. Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans ce logement pour notre plus grand plaisir! Merci pour votre accueil! Allez-y les yeux fermés!

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

Really glad that we found this apartment! It was very comfortable, clean and has everything we needed. The place for parking was very helpful, it was at the ground floor of the building, so the car was at safe. It is in good district in Athens, it was safe there. We really recommend it!

Maria war sehr gastfreundlich und es war eine niedliche kleine Unterkunft, die sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Man ist schnell am Meer, bei der Metro oder Tram und bei Supermärkten! Außerdem war es sehr sauber!👍🏻 Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

This is the best house we stayed in Athens ! Very cosy, comfortable, comfortable, we felt like home and really enjoyed our stay! Apartment is equipped with everything you might need for your stay, bed is comfy and balcony is just wonderful! 😄😊❤️ We were welcomed and given all the details, and Greek salad was prepared for us 🙏☺️ Thank you for hosting us ! Το διαμέρισμα της Αριάννας ήταν απολύτως υπέροχο,και τέλειο σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες,σε μια ήσυχη και ασφαλή περιοχή,και σε καλή απόσταση απο το κέντρο. Είναι σίγουρα ένα από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα που έμεινα και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Stylish apartment with top quality amenities. Great location in a relatively quiet part of town, but still plenty enough going on to keep you entertained. Fantastic transport links into the centre of town and the beach. 5* communication from the host. Would stay again.

We have just arrived back from our wonderful month long stay in Tina’s apartment. From arriving , we knew that we had chosen a perfect spot for us. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but with great cafes and bakeries nearby, as well as good local restaurants, Elies being our favourite. Transport links to Piraeus, coastal towns and beaches and Athens centre were close by and easy to navigate. Tina and her mother were very kind and we loved the strawberry jam we received during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tina’s apartment and will most definitely come back to stay again in the future. Communication with Tina throughout was excellent. A perfect stay!!

We chose the area to be near friends and lucked out with this gorgeous, clean and comfortable property. Not to mention cool AirCon and wonderfully working Wi-Fi. Dimitris was so so kind. He went as far as collecting us from the metro station when we arrived which was more than we were expecting. Definitely recommend.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

Tout était parfait. Nous avons été reçus et traités comme des rois. Dîner en amoureux loin de la foule Athénienne et profiter du jacuzzi en admirant le coucher du soleil, puis se réveiller le matin toujours avec cette même vue incroyable sur l’acropole sont des moments de vie privilégiés que mon épouse et moi garderons longtemps en mémoire… Merci Agis et Gina ❤️❤️

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και καλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We loved this wonderful home! Perfect location—walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the Acropolis. The host was friendly and flexible host with great communication. The views from the rooftop are amazing! There are a lot of stairs in the house that would be difficult if you have mobility issues or toddlers, but it’s a great place to stay as long as stairs aren’t a problem for you.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!
