Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Agios Panteleimon

Maria's place was great for me and my family. we had plenty of space and with a bathroom upstairs and in the basement the stay was great. The park was cute, the beach was a bit too cold to get in (early May) Lidi supermarket close by as well as a couple of cafes.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Niki and George are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful and always had a good idea for an excursion. Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We had a great stay with 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby. The house (and garden and pool) is mega well maintained and super clean. Antonis sent cozy voice messages in advance with clear instructions and his mother received us well before the check-in time (this was not a problem). If there was anything, we could go to them all the stay and we were even surprised again with delicious fresh rolls. We went to Athens for 1 day, which was easy to do with a car. Furthermore, there is not much (in the low season) to experience in the area, but since the house is so nice, that doesn't have to be at all. Great stay!

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

I was really excited about my stay! The accommodation was spotless, fully equipped and much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The location is excellent and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely come back!

Everything is impeccable

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

By far the best Airbnb experience I have had… and I have had many excellent hosts/spaces in many cities and countries! This is absolutely 5 star hosting! Zero complaints of any sort. Nothing but great things to say about this host/space! I will absolutely book this space every time I am in Athens!

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

This was a great place to stay for a handful of nights in Athens. There were many sights to see and great food within walking distance. It was also a great place to relax after an eventful day.

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

Beautiful views Very peaceful Kyriakos is very communicative and friendly. The house has tonnes of amenities (how often does your house have an elevator) Would highly recommend renting a car if you're not from the area. Tip for the other travellers: the property is on a very large beautiful tract off land with an automatic gate that can only be opened from the house or two remotes the host provides. Easy enough but something to keep in mind

Absolutely perfect stay. The villa is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is just like the photographs. George was our host and he was very responsive, helpful and generous. He was the perfect host. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxed and luxurious stay. Restaurants are mostly not walkable, so hiring a car is recommended but it’s worth it for the views and the privacy. 10/10, I will absolutely come back to stay again.

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

We made the gender disclosure of our baby with families and best men. Great location, beautiful views , greenery peace and quiet !! We were comfortable in terms of noise (due to children). Very helpful host, lived next door and always discreetly asked if we were ok and we needed something!!! Perfect for large groups!!

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Olga was a very responsive host. Amazing location with stunning sunsets. Great location to explore the island. 10mins drive from port with lots of restaurants and shops. Recommend suitable 4x4 to explore the island, given there are dirt roads. Highly recommend Kea and this stunning villa.
