the place is particularly amazing! and rare...Do not expect great luxury, but simplicity this small cabin under the olive and lemon trees with a large comfortable bed that contemplates the Vesuve...it has no price. What about the terrace (with a pool and a breathtaking view of the golf course and vesuve) that offers amazing sunsets every night. For our host, Rodolfo, both discreet and responsive, he is very helpful and accommodating. a top host! The week was under the sign of the Dolce vita and disconnection.

The chalet is beautiful, with ample space and well-equipped, 8-10 beds and 2 bathrooms, the large garden, with barbecue, sofas and rocking chair, tables and chairs in abundance, well described and photographed. You feel at home. Matteo is very kind and helpful, he responded promptly to all questions and requests, flexible with the keys. Marsia is a special place, out of the world, surrounded by nature, the largest beech forest in Europe, many paths to walk or cycle, woods and meadows, valleys and mountains, the possibility of seeing animals (cows and horses, but also foxes and roe deer), perfect for spending a few days or weeks, in total relaxation or sport, in any case regenerating. We'll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in this lovely country cottage and fell in love with the peace that inspires this location: the place is truly enchanting and is perfect for those who love to relax in nature and explore green areas. The location of the chalet is also convenient for getting to the most popular natural attractions of Basilicata and we recommend it as a base for lovers of hiking and country walks. Mr. Giuseppe welcomed us warmly upon our arrival and instructed us on everything we needed to know to fully enjoy the house, equipped with all the comforts. He was also super available for any of our needs and left us complimentary fruits and chestnuts from his family farm (very welcome gift!) 🌰🍊🪵 Impeccable cleanliness and easy accessibility to the property, with the possibility of parking inside. We only stayed a weekend but it was enough to appreciate the location, a real cozy and functional gem, Riccardo and Emanuela are two splendid and kind people, for those who are not experts in the area it is perfect, you can reach the facilities on foot but still stay away from the confusion, to go to the village you need a car but it is 5 minutes, the building is very well organized, the house is very warm, a tip for those who have to go in winter, the ski pass must be done online to avoid unnecessary queues at the ticket office by downloading it directly on site by passing the QR code to the vending machine. Special thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts who we hope to meet again also to have a coffee together.

Pleasant three facade house in the center of a small village and the Parc de la Maiella,paradise for nature lovers and hikes. Presence of a very pleasant restaurant opposite and a bakery 50m away, excellent, as well as a small artisanal cheese factory with sheep's milk. Caramanico Terme, mother commune 3 km away.,is beautiful and offers many shops. Multiple excursions and visits possible,a week will not suffice and you will only want to come back to this authentic region.

Gianni's house is well positioned to explore the nearby mountains and villages. He's a friendly and helpful host and we felt at home right away. The nearby village of Marsicovetere has a small shop and a bar which serves good pizza. There was a festival on for our first 3 nights stay, probably best avoided if you want an undisturbed night but fun if you're in the mood for it.

We spent the night here as a group and were so happy with everything. The house is large, beautiful and well-kept, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and a beautiful outdoor space with a barbecue, relaxation and an adorable dog and cat that made everything even more beautiful. The area is quiet, secluded, and quiet, but it's still close to a restaurant, mini markets, and more. Strength of the house, in our opinion, is the very kind landlord Gabriele, whom we thank again so much and who spent a couple of times to visit us during the stay (with very good sweets) and with whom we spoke very willingly. From the first moment Gabriele was always available for clarification, directions and much more, making sure the stay went well and also offering us great tips on places to visit and trails to travel. In short, we would be more than happy to come back and in fact we will most likely do it! A perfect experience. Highly recommended.

It was great. The very welcoming and well-equipped house. Calefaçao in every room and pleasant spaces with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. We had a great Christmas as a family.

We stayed here for 1 week in August and really appreciated Laura and her father's hospitality and the utmost availability in responding to our requests. The chalet is presented as per the detailed description, with a large outdoor space and an exceptional view of the sea and the coast. Inside it is not very large but comfortable for 4 guests; the kitchen is equipped and the air conditioning is handled well between air conditioning and outdoor air. The only flaws are related to the very conformation of a chalet dating back to the ‘60s: a little dark indoor environment, low ceilings, slightly small windows, and wooden beamed flooring, but everything explained before. Sassi beach with beautiful sea reachable in 10 min. on foot or in 2 minutes by car you go to the village where there is also the sandy beach. It was a really nice vacation (we won't forget breakfasts and lunches in the garden with the sea breeze) and hosts very close at hand

Over the past 10 years, we have stayed in dozens of Airbnb units. Fedele and his wife Maria were the most attentive and very responsive to our needs. If you're looking for a tranquil, quiet and beautiful home to stay in, this is perfect. It fit our needs to a tee and made out two month stay in Italy memorable. The house was exactly as described in the listing and the host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed the holiday as a family. The property is an oasis in the countryside, between wine alcove and citrus fruits. The view of the sea and Forio is fantastic. Giuseppe and his wife are great hosts who are really interested in their guests and are available to help. We highly recommend the place.
