Going the other way, a 10-minute walk into town will take you past picturesque churches and piazzas to reach the "Teatro Massimo", Europe's 2nd largest theatre. Recently refurbished to high specs in a modern design, the apartment is complete with brand new furnishings including digital air conditioning, full HD TV, bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, a safe and much more. Split into three levels, the apartment sits on the second and top floors of a landmark building that itself has been recently refurbished, maintaining the original style and atrium entrance of buildings typical of Old Palermo Town. Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Palazzo Cattolica attic loft with fabulous terrace

The building was once a magnificent urban aristocratic palace with a stunning private caravanserai, a gorgeous marble staircase whit statues everywhere and dome of chalk and stuccoes. If you take a guided walking tour, do not be surprised if the guide took you to our building, it's part of the tour! This will be the moment when you will certainly feel privileged.
