Holiday rentals with a patio in Agrustos

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Esperienza molto positiva, la casa è in una posizione centrale per poter visitare diverse spiagge della zona, specifico che noi ci siamo sempre spostati in macchina. Casa molto pulita e con tutto l'occorrente, non abbiamo conosciuto Carlo di persona ma abbiamo comunicato via messaggi senza problemi. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement proposé par Maurizio. Le quartier est agréable et paisible avec sa placette et la terrasse du café, la plage accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Maurizio s'est montré très accueillant, serviable, précis, réactif et professionnel. Le guide mis à disposition par son Agence est très utile et complet pour passer un séjour agréable. Je reviendrai très probablement pour un séjour touristique cette fois et en famille. L'emplacement est très stratégique pour profiter pleinement des multiples plages magnifiques à proximité. Je recommande vivement !

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

En todo momento han estado pendientes para resolver cualquier incidente antes y durante la estancia. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La cama es cómoda y en general cumple todas las expectativas. Se está muy cómodo en la casa. Buena comunicación para visitar la zona este de la isla. Repetiría sin dudarlo!!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Niccoló's and Elena's place. The communication was very quick and super friendly. I a really nice place to stay a few days in Posada.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Marcos Unterkunft. Der Garten ist paradiesisch und die Unterkunft sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Wir waren dort Anfang Mai die einzigen. Sara, die uns Vorort empfing ist sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Marco ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Tutto perfetto!

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

La estancia contaba con todas las amenidades mencionadas en el anuncio. Nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde de la solicitada! Era el espacio que necesitábamos!

We had high expectations, which were met -- and topped! The historical house is so beautifully and well renovated. We were so grateful for the terrific climate system, complete with warmed floors, which were particularly nice since we met a fair amount of cool weather and rain during our trip. The garden is tidy and expansive and redolent of rosemary; we enjoyed having meals at the large covered table on the front terrace and reading and relaxing on the outside chairs. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating of our arrival and departure times, and also met us with food and drinks even beyond essentials to help us have a great start to our vacation. It was very easy to feel right at home. I could list any number of other details, about the house and our hosts' hospitality, but suffice it to say that we had an excellent stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten, hat Paola sofort reagiert und alles blitzschnell veranlasst! Obwohl der Pool erst Anfang April befüllt wird, hat Paola dafür gesorgt, dass wir ihn schon im März zur Verfügung hatten. Der Strand und der davor liegende Pinienwald sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was smooth and friendly, check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family with small children. The apartment was excellent – very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The host was extremely attentive and thoughtful. There were lovely surprises for us and even special treats for the children – a truly heartwarming gesture! We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Die Küche hatte alles da was man sich wünscht. Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad war sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ist super gelegen um viele Strände in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Morgens sieht man fen Sonnenaufgang und Abends ist es sehr ruhig dort. Wir kommen auf jede Fall wieder!! Franco war immer erreichbar und hat uns über alles informiert. Dankeschön!

La maison était parfaite et très propre. On s’est senti très bien. L’appartement est bien disposé et dispose de tout., nous étions avec notre fille de 2 ans, lit parapluie à disposition et même un petit toboggan dans le jardin. La proximité de la route ne dérange absolument pas car bien isolée, la propriété est bien entretenue. Carla nous a apporté des gâteaux et des spécialités sardes. La plage est à 5mn à pied , c’est une belle plage propre parfaite pour les familles. Un petit supermarché et un vendeur de poisson frais sont aussi à 5mn à pied. Je recommande vivement.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredato benissimo e con ottimo gusto. La posizione è perfetta ed è subito collegato a tutti i luoghi di interesse e prima necessità. Eva si è dimostrata da subito presente in ogni momento curando tutti gli aspetti che servono per offrire un servizio che si è dimostrato eccellente. Consiglio a tutti questa soluzione in Olbia. Uitstekend en erg goed uitgerust appartement met een mooie veranda en tuin (privé). Simona heeft ons vriendelijk wegwijs gemaakt en alles uitgelegd. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Bedbank slaapt prima. Strand, haven en dorp op loopafstand. Ook andere leuke plaatsen dichtbij. Kortom uitstekende plek om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben!

We hebben genoten van dit mooie huis met fantastisch uitzicht en groot terras. De afstand lopend(20minuten) naar het dorp was 1x per dag wel genoeg ivm de ligging op de helling. Pizzeria aan de ingang dorp is wel dichtbij en met mooi terras. De omgeving van Cala Gonone is met allerlei activiteiten een mooi startpunt. Vooral boottocht naar de grot en Cala Luna is een aanrader.

Alessio war beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr flexibel. Er hat uns alles im Haus erklärt und zusätzliche Infos per Mail geschickt. Er war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Gewürze, Öl, Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee … ein schönes Willkommenspaket. Die Räume sind groß und auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen frühstücken. Wir bekamen Handtücher und Strandhandtücher für jeden Gast. Der Strand ist in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Budoni, es dauert nur ca 10 Minuten. Man benötigt dringend ein Auto. Das Haus ist sehr gut an die Schnellstraße angebunden und liegt sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Leider gab es viele Mücken. Es gibt keine Mückengitter aber jedes Bett hat ein Moskitonetz, dass einen nachts schützt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, aber Lüften war ohne Gitter an den Fenstern nicht möglich. Wir hatten wunderbare 4 Tage!!
