schöner Aufenthalt, gute Kommunikation, Videos wurden zugestellt damit die Unterkunft einfach zu finden war. Check Out konnte verlängert werden was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos, ganz in der Nähe war ein schöner Sandstrand der zu Fuss erreichbar war

Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo. Salvatore e sua moglie sono davvero due host ospitali, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare dei tipici dolci sardi, un gesto veramente apprezzato che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La casa è molto pulita, con una bella vista, in un quartiere tranquillo, ha tutto il necessario. La posizione è comoda, vicino a Budoni. Salvatore è stato sempre disponibile, consigliandoci attività da fare e ristoranti nei dintorni. Consiglio questo alloggio, ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Zona tranquilla comoda a tutta la costa tra Olbia e Orosei. Appartamento molto curato con piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatto mettere subito a nostro agio dopo un lungo viaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di usare il barbecue messo a disposizione da Simona

L’alloggio di Teresa é situato in un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Budoni. Teresa é stata una perfetta host, disponibile sin dal primo momento ci ha fatto trovare la casa pulitissima ed é stata pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra minima richiesta. L’ alloggio é come appare in foto, curato nei dettagli, adatto per 3/4 persone, con un carinissimo spazio esterno dove mangiare. Esperienza per noi molto positiva, consigliatissimo!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche hier verbracht. Das Highlight ist ganz klar der große Garten mit viel Platz, Sonne, Schatten, Grill und absoluter Ruhe – ideal, um Natur und Privatsphäre zu genießen. Die Vermieter wohnen oben, sind aber sehr zurückhaltend und hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas braucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab kleine Mängel, insgesamt aber alles noch funktional. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern Ruhe im Grünen sucht, bekommt hier ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir können es also auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Villa Las Olas, 500m dal mare con piscina privata

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!

San Teodoro Villa Ambra Costa Caddu

This is a well-situated, semi-detached villa in Villaggio Costa Caddu, a dormitory suburb of San Teodoro. Villaggio Costa Caddu does not itself have any amenities (shops, restaurants), but it is within walking distance of three beaches, and a short drive to the centre of San Teodoro, a charming town with a good choice of restaurants. The photos give a good impression of the accommodation, which is neat and compact, with a newly fitted, well-equipped kitchen in early-2025. There is an outdoor shower which was extremely useful after sea swims. The villa sits up a slope, reachable by a pedestrian street, with a stunning view of the sea, and it has the full benefit of the morning sun. Free car parking is available lower down the street, a 100-metre walk from the front door. Domenico was very helpful with local advice regarding shops, restaurants and beaches. Given the distance to the shops, it is best to come supplied with milk, bread, etc, particularly if arriving on a late flight.
