Me and my girlfriend hat a really nice stay, Nael was a great host who cared a lot about our wellbeing and gave us lots of useful information!

Elif was a great host. The apartment was stylishly furnished with all the coffee shops, bars, eateries and transport links on the doorstep. The apartment was comfortable and also quiet which was appreciated after a busy day. Would recommend!

It was an amazing place—super close to everywhere we wanted to go, very clean, and very comfy. The living room was small, but we didn’t mind much. They were super helpful with everything. I’d say it’s manageable with 4 people, but if there are more, one bathroom might not be feasible. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
