My house is in a small village.It is very quiet there. In the garden behind the house you have a pond for a real good relaxing. In the ground floor theres an open living room with the kitchen. The first floor offers two sleeping rooms. My house is very bright and charming. When you leave, you are directly in the nature. Very good for walking or biking. In the next village you can get what you need. The highway is about 6 km away. You want to relax or you look for a cosy place, you have to rent my house. If you want to visit Heidelberg or Rothenburg you can drive in 1 hour.To Wertheim, Würzburg or Heilbronn you have to drive 30 minutes.Enjoy

This includes sanitary facilities and a barbecue area with a permanently installed electric grill (usable in any weather) as well as a fire pit. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
