It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

I was very pleased with the home like feeling. The home was thoughtfully arranged and decorated. I will definitely keep your home on a short list of favorites. If I could add something, it would be wine glasses, corkscrew, coffee and creamer. In addition, the uncovered opening to the attic caused the main suite to be very warm. Overall, a gem; thank you so much!!

Place is very comfortable and feels like home as soon as you go in! The only complaint I have is that it looks like maybe a dog stayed there last or when they were cleaning some dirt got on the bed, but was no big deal we simply took the sheets off and threw them in the wash before we went to bed like we would do at our own home! But other than that very spacious and had plenty of room!

Honestly we really liked the pictures that we looked at and it met our expectations. The host is really nice and helped us with anything we needed around the place! The house was very clean and felt cozy for my friends and I. Bonus there was also a cat that stays behind the house that was very friendly and added another perk to the house.

Great place and location. Very nicely decorated space that was relaxing and clean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise as we arrived after a long drive and enjoyed a glass before walking to dinner in town. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you Emily for offering such a wonderful place to stay in Elizabeth City!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Michelle’s cottage! It was clean, cozy, and tucked away through a garden walkway. The cottage was a short beautiful walk to downtown Edenton and all the town has to offer. I never had to use my car one time once I arrived. I highly recommend staying here!
