“Very nice place that is only a 5-7 minute Lyft ride to downtown Charlotte. Located in a quiet neighborhood with convenient street parking. I would definitely stay here again. Pretty high steps for those that may have leg issues or toting heavy luggage, however, all in all it was a great stay!!!”

“Nice, clean, detached place with a great glass-door shower above what seemed to be a garage creating a good sense of privacy/solitude. If you’re having a guest sleep in the living room as you sleep in the bedroom, know that the place is essentially a studio. There is only a translucent curtain separating the sleeping area from the communal area. Off-street parking was ample. Took some exploration to find where to park in respect to the back entrance (owner’s house is in front). Something to note: in addition to being marked on the main/front house, the address is posted behind the property-just before the pedestrian entrance way via the alley behind the main road. Park by the corner on the other main road perpendicular to the alley. This will be convenient as you’re essentially living in back. Exploring on foot made this revelatory. Very safe neighborhood. Communication was good with the owners who had decorated the spot with lovely mantras. Typically, I find that stuff tacky but upon taking a good look about, I felt calmer and better having taken in the writing on the wall. I imagine the owners are enlightened, kind, and cool. An ideal, fairly priced place near the cool music venues of Charlotte. And it was plenty quiet excluding the noisy morning birds. If you’re like me, bring earplugs and a sleep mask as the place gets bright too. Wishing to stay there again.”
