Very helpful very kind house is perfect !!! I had a package delivered there and it came late the cohost shipped it out to me in Cali thank you they are the best to rent from !!! We will for sure book either way them again ! 😊

We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness, peacefulness, and safe feel of where Christian's place was located. Not within walking distance to much, but a short uber drive of 12 - 15 minutes for most places. I was a bit nervous as this place was a little more spendy than what I had originally planned on, but we ended up being pleasantly surprised by all the details Christian & his co-host have thought of and leave for their guests. Things you may typically forget, as well as a warm welcome with two nice bottles of wine. One of which we bought again during our stay. Beautiful home! Christian and Jesse were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. Coffee machines to choose from. One of which my spouse said he is purchasing tonight, because he loved the way it made the coffee and how it tasted. The bed in the master bedroom provided great sleep. This is a big part of our stay and something we really look at reviews on, but not dissapointed.

My family of four enjoyed staying here. We loved using the pool. We found a couple of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely book this place again.

A wonderful stay in a great location! Vince and his team are wonderful hosts. If you want a home away from home I’d highly recommend staying here. It was so relaxing. It’s close enough to all the essentials, but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were more excited to go back to the bnb most days than being out and about in the city. 10/10 chance you’ll love it

I booked Eduardo's place for an annual Phoenix golf trip I do with friends. By far this is was the favorite, the house was perfect, the pool amazing, hiking trails close by, and easy access to Chase Field, Old Town, golf courses, food shopping, and restaurants. Nothing was more than a 15 - 30 minute drive away, a bonus when visiting this sprawling city. It was nice to have the option to park in the garage out of the heat, most accommodations I've been to previously don't allow that for some reason. I don't hesitate to recommend Eduardo's home, and hope to come back next year! 5 stars!

We enjoyed our time at Rico’s house. The pool and hot tub were Awesome!

The location was great and the area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt cozy.

James was a great host and his house was very relaxing. Perfect week getaway. Very friendly and accommodating.

The house was very clean and well located close to loop 202 which made it easy and fast to get to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts are fantastic, responding immediately to any of our messages, which were few. The kitchen had all of the dishes and cooking implements that we needed, and we did a lot of cooking. The pool was perfectly heated for swimming in March. The time just flew by.

Private, peaceful backyard. The birds are amazing. Cooling off in the pool is perfect. South mountain trails just down the street for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Incredibly clean everywhere. Well stocked kitchen and backyard. Thank you for a great stay!

Mikelle was the *perfect* host! Incredibly responsive and accommodating— she even made some extra accommodations for our family’s special needs. The house was just as pictured, in a great location, and we definitely plan to stay again! 10/10!

This place was as described! We had a small hiccup at check in (replacing a dishwasher and dryer took longer than anticipated) but they were very communicative and compensated us preemptively for our late check in. We were able to drop our bags off and do some shopping while we waited. Pool area was nice, although there are mosquitos and it’s hot so bring your sunscreen and off! We had to clean the grill to use it, and some rugs weren’t put down, but since our check in was wonky we chalked it up to that. If you’re staying awhile grab some extra garbage bags and ziplocs - there aren’t a lot of storage containers. Kitchen is pretty well stocked - some more steaks knives would be helpful and a few more coffee mugs although the mugs are huge! We asked a few questions while we were there and always always had a super timely response. Overall - great stay!

Had a great stay. House and photos are just like they have been described. The shuffleboard table was a hit. The majority of the time spent in the house for our group was outside on the patio / pool area, which was great. A quiet neighborhood and a great spot, which felt a bit out of the hustle of the Phoenix area and the opposite of what you might get in Scottsdale, which was great. Also close enough to get to get just about anything you might need in less than a 5 / 10 minute drive. Hosts were great and very responsive with anything we needed.

We loved this house! Our negatives I feel might be one off scenarios but still feel we should mention… It was so quiet in the circle the house is located, only 1 of 3 houses so there was never any front yard noise/traffic. There was 1 backyard neighbor who was out every evening (9/10 nights) playing relatively loud music but we didn’t mind too much. (I could see how it could/would annoy others). Additionally, upon arrival (with 2 small kids), we (they) found a sharp screw that appeared to belong to something but we couldn’t identify what it would have been from so we left it on the counter just in case. Overall, the house was clean, just like the photos, the location was very ideal for us, we loved the pool with the Baja shelf/bar(?) for the kids, awesome communication - informed us the house was ready 4 hours prior to scheduled check-in without us even asking(!), fans in every room with amazing A/C, etc. Overall 9.9/10. Would 100% stay again and again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was a gated community. The backyard was overlooking a golf course. The pool and Jacuzzi was heated and very enjoyable. The house was spotless. It had paper goods and plenty of things to use .the communication with Jordan was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this house and I would love to stay there again thank you so much for making our stay easy and relaxing I would give it 10 stars

I had an outstanding 8-day vacation at this Airbnb, and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The home is stunning and exceptionally well-maintained. Check-in was seamless, with crystal clear instructions provided. Inside, the house is impeccably furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—it truly feels like home with all the necessary cooking essentials. The pool area is fantastic, featuring a table and bench for outdoor dining, plus plenty of lounge chairs for relaxation. They even provided a grill for convenience. Additionally, each bathroom is stocked with towels, washcloths, beach towels, and body washes, ensuring that all your needs are met. I can't wait for my next vacation here. Tina was attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. Thank you Ms Rolanda for having my family we truly enjoyed our stay 😊

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

The house was immaculate. Everything was perfectly clean, in place, and in perfect working order. I’ve stayed at a dozen Airbnbs/VRBOs and this was the best/cleanest place with the owners being super communicative. 5 stars!

Grant was great. When looking for additional properties we always look for 1 of Grants places. we have rented several of his properties and his homes are always Great. Super responsive and always willing to help if any situations arise. Will continue to rent from Grant. Thanks for all your help !
