The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Sky Harbor Airport and downtown are a 5-minute drive, with Arcadia, Scottsdale, and Tempe only slightly further. The best transportation options for getting around the area would be using rideshare apps, driving or utilizing the Lightrail service that goes to most places in the valley.

Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
