Ideally located just 20 minutes from the Aiguestortes national park, 15 minutes from Esterri d'Àneu and just 10 minutes from the bars, restaurants and supermarket in Llavorsí. This eco-friendly house with its solar panels and biomass stoves is recently renovated combining original features and modern living.

HIGH MOUNTAIN HOUSE WITH CHARM AND COMFORT

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house of the XVIII century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical constructions of the Pyrenees has been wanted, with stone and wood. The house has an innate, rustic and elegant charm where it has been possible to introduce elements of comfort and modernity . The house is all lit through a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Penthouse apartment with views of Roní (Portainé)

This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cooking utensils, Nespresso and traditional coffee maker. Full bathroom. Corral de l'esquirol is a fully renovated and equipped village house, ideal for accommodating families and small groups. It is located in the small and quiet village of Basturs (Pallars Jussà), where one of the most important dinosaur sites in Europe is located. In the area you can do many activities: visit the Estanys de Basturs and castles, do hiking and mountain biking, visit wineries and discover the region's immense natural and geological heritage.
