Located in a large property located south of Agen in the Lot et Garonne, this rental consists of: 1 bedroom with 140 x 190 bed - 1 large living room with a 140 x 190 sofa bed - 1 equipped kitchen - 1 baby bed and high chair - WIFI - Air conditioning - private and fenced parking. Close to the Landes, Pyrenees and Atlantic beaches (2 hours away). Ideal rental for couples passing through the region wishing to spend some time in peace. Amenities within 1 km of the city center.

The cabin is equipped, kitchenette with gas, oven, fridge etc. (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea provided) Bed linens and towels are provided. Bathroom, dry toilet NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. We provide battery-operated candles for you to use.
