Eté comme hiver,vous y trouverez tout le confort (chauffage,salle de bains ,wc intérieur) ,avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes qui surplombent Annecy . Nous l'avons construite intégralement,en bois provenant du Massif... Totalement indépendante avec sa kitchenette (frigo, plaque induction, four, plancha ,raclette duo)

A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Discover this natural park and its hikes, in the heart of a massif focused on agriculture and crafts. In winter, come and ski at the Margériaz resort. The cottage is located in a mountain area at an altitude of 980 m, in one of the hamlets of Aillon le Vieux. You will find the calm and authenticity of a small village. Different activities are possible nearby: * in summer (hikes with route departures, family walks, climbing, via ferrata, zip line waterfall, caving, mountain biking, bike tours, paragliding, canyoning, swimming, fishing) * in winter (cross country skiing, skiing, snowshoeing hikes, sled dogs, etc.).

Niché en pleine nature au coeur de la Chartreuse, venez découvrir notre dôme indépendant au sein de notre petite exploitation agricole Quintessence de Chartreuse, dédiée aux plantes. Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.
