Independent house where you can find silence and tranquility to spend your days in complete relaxation immersed in the nature of the countryside in the Verdi lands. A stone's throw from Giuseppe Verdi's birthplace and the Giovannino Guareschi Museum, from which the property's name comes. 10 minutes from Busseto PR, an area dedicated entirely to the Maestro and his music. 10 km from the highway exit and Fidenza Village Outlet. If you are an animal lover, you will find our furry friends to welcome you.

Podere Montevalle's Clubhouse

Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

They are surrounded by beautiful greenery, within a hectare of private olive grove, and are located on a beautiful hill overlooking a natural amphitheatre with views down to the sea. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Parma, luxury apartment in Palazzo del 1300

Palazzo Tirelli is one of the most important Renaissance buildings in the Region, perfectly preserved in its original state. Within the fourteenth-century walls you can enjoy a luxurious apartment with historical charm but equipped with all modern comforts. You will be at the center of all the main attractions of the Cities: Duomo and Baptistery, Pinacoteca, Teatro Farnese, Ducal Park can be reached in a few pleasant steps.

The apartment has an independent entrance and private parking. Inside you will find a large kitchen area with crockery and coffee maker. There is also a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and television. Inside our two-room apartment you can access the private bathroom with washing machine and a large double bedroom and if necessary add single beds or cot.
