You have access to the swimming pool and its park. Very well equipped, our studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located less than 30 minutes from the beaches of Vendée, 1 hour from La Rochelle. Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

The studio is adjacent to the owners' home who love peace and quiet. All on a plot planted with Mediterranean plants. Duvet cover, dish towels, cleaning products and dishes included.
