Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

The place is wonderful. The landscape is constantly changing, the tranquility and serenity is permanent. The setting is fantastic: The Rio Miera descending with lots of water, the impressive nearby mountain passes and the mountain cocido waiting to complete the day. The house, it is a well arranged and very nice cabin, with slight inconveniences and very justito utensils; but good heating. Although Revilla says that in Cantabria it does not rain, it rained 12 of the 15 days we were, but we loved it. A landscape like that has to be watered frequently and enjoyed. Angela is charming and always willing to attend you. It's been a great stay.

We spent a few days with the family in "Lo María", it was the second time we were there. The house is spectacular, the landscape that surrounds you totally disconnects you from the daily routine and rhythm of the city. The place is comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing there. Beds are very comfortable and sleep phenomenal, zero noises. The house as a whole and the Cantabria area where it is located is wonderful. Totally recommended. Angel at all times was due to provide all the necessary information to reach the house and its services. We felt great there for the days we spent!
