Tracy is, without doubt, the ‘hostess with the mostest’. Her communication was excellent and she helped us in so many ways. Her Casa is exceptional, the pictures are very accurate and can only show a few facets of this amazing property. The views are stunning, especially from the upper level. The Casa is very well stocked to meet all needs. The home is immaculately clean and is situated within a gated community. Located between Chapala and Ajijic you have great access to explore yet it is quiet at night. In summary we loved it!

This place is FANTASTIC the property is absolutely stunning. If ur looking for something quiet and exclusive this is the place to go. I absolutely loved the home from the location to the actual house it has so many amenities. Carolina is excellent she was quick to make sure everything was good and was responsive quickly if we had any questions or issues. I will definitely be coming back i have no complaints the price is well worth it this property is WORTH THE MONEY. I definitely recommend and will be back soon. We also were able to get a killer cardio session with the hill its on. 10/10

We had a very nice weekend the place is very quiet, the instructions and information are very clear, both Carlos and Ricardo( the Sr who gave me the keys) are very attentive and respond quickly, we did not have any inconvenience, very recommended, we will return.

We had the opportunity to stay in this house for our work retreat and I can safely say that choosing this place was the best decision!! The house is very comfortable, despite being 7 people we all had our privacy, we loved that the pool was warm and also Priscila, who is the person who was with us to cook for us and the cleaning made my experience even better!! Delicious cooking, she spoiled us and was always willing to help with everything we needed. We would definitely come back here! 1000/10 the experience!!

The place is very nice, and it is located in a very quiet area with a great view and close to the village, both Claudia and Clara were very friendly with us were always on the slope and resolved us quickly, the space is bigger than we thought and very comfortable, it is a very pleasant space to stay.

We loved our stay in Ajijic. Caryn’s place was both beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular, even better than the pictures! The home was in a quieter area of Ajijic but still walkable to everything and being right next door to one of the best restaurants in town - Casa Lule was a huge plus! Caryn was extremely accommodating and our concierge Becky had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything locally. We would definitely stay again!

The place is very nice and well maintained, the decor is very nice and makes you feel like you are in a super quiet country house. Emiliano is very kind and was always attentive, he helped us solve the different situations we had. The pools are super Agusto and heated, with plenty of terrace space to sit with your family. I recommend continuing to strengthen the fumigation and hopefully you can review the option of providing a late stay in your accommodation, because now it is not available

The house is on the shore of Lake Chapala, an unbeatable location. Very well maintained and extremely clean. She has a partner who takes care of her and cleans the garden daily. It has 4 bedrooms, an antechamber with 2 beds and 3 bathrooms in total. Fully equipped kitchen. A splendid garden with an exceptional view. Rafael was an excellent host. The small details that arose were corrected immediately. We had a very pleasant stay and are looking forward to returning.

The house was incredible, the whole family enjoyed it a lot, the view of the lake from the terrace and the pool is unbeatable.

VillaMarina will allow a larger family to rest comfortably. The photos matched the amenities. The pool was very warm, and spacious. Overall would absolutely come back and stay again. We had a family of nine and everyone had plenty of space to rest.

Beautiful peaceful place, very close to the boardwalk and little downtown area of Jocotepec. Convincente store right across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water showers, large kitchen and living area. Will definitely consider staying here again!

We like the stay, it is large and the pool and the jacuzzi very comfortable, the warm water to our liking. Edgar and Paty always available. We plan to return next year or before possible. Samuel is very attentive!

My wife and I just returned to Colorado after spending a month at Roseann and Tony's rooftop casita in Ajijic, Mexico. Our stay could not have been better. Roseann and Tony are not only gracious, warm and welcoming hosts, but their casita was better than the description and photos. We had an enormous rooftop patio to ourselves and enjoyed sunset, lake, mountain and treetop views. I especially enjoyed the mornings and evenings when the birds were most active and the light was just right. In fact, it would be a great place for birders. Bring your binoculars because colorful birds are you constant companions. The flowering trees in April and May were stunning as well and highlighted the 360 degree panorama. The room was spacious and had views over the treetops to the mountains and tree lined lakeshore. Cool lake breezes made for restful nights. Attention to details like good coffee, a comfy bed, an endless supply of potable water and a shaded patio couch swing made our stay perfect!
