We came for our honeymoon and Casa Almea did not disappoint! Short walk to the beach, deep pool with gorgeous view, ride the bikes into town for shopping and food. Elena was an amazing host with great recommendations on transportation, restaurants and anything else we needed! Book casa almea!

Had a fabulous 3 nights at Martine’s home in Las Gaviotas. Well kept, clean, comfortable space with a well stocked kitchen for visitors who want to cook a few meals. Appreciated clear communication! We booked our own massage therapists to come over to the home and Martine allowed us to do so, it was so awesome. I would definitely stay in this home again; without a doubt. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family of 5 adults had the most amazing week at Norma’s beautiful home! Norma was always very quick to respond with any questions and is very kind. Upon arrival Dorian, Lupita and Luz made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Lupitas cooking was beyond delicious. Luz kept the house very clean and made our beds every morning. Dorian was always there for anything we needed. They were all so kind and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for better staff for our stay. The house and property were more than we could have imagined. So peaceful and serene. Having privacy was so nice. The pool was perfect for the warm, humid temps. The beach down the road was so fun and we loved boogie boarding. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We loved all of the animal life and name the local tejones King Julian (iykyk). He came to visit nightly, of course watching him from indoors. We highly recommend Norma’s home. We hope to be able to return in the future!

We had a great stay at this beautiful villa and would love to go back. The pools were cleaned daily, the yard and garden were always being maintained. The staff to clean the rooms came every 3rd day. Having the staff there took a bit of getting used to but they were friendly. The hosts were very responsive and helped us in every way we needed. The view of the beach and all the separate rooms were exactly what we were looking for. Hope to come back!

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

Great stay, easy check in that was very informative, AC was wonderful during the hot days, and a close walk into town!

Both Pau & Celine were amazing hosts!! it was celebrating Mother’s Day as well as my daughter‘s birthday and we arrived and there were balloons and the fridge was also stocked with wine and drinks. This was very thoughtful!! Anytime we reached out with issues or concerns, they were very responsive! There was an issue with the shower on the third floor. They sent Maintenance over to correct the issue. Although the issue wasn’t resolved we still had accessibility to the other showers so this wasn’t a huge problem . Also there was an issue with the remote for the television in the main living area, and again they corrected that issue within 24 hours for our arrival. My 85-year-old mother was traveling with us for Mother’s Day and wasn’t able to climb the flights of stairs repeatedly, so we were able to make adjustments & Mom stayed on the main floor, so this worked out. Overall, this was a beautiful property & we’d definitely stay again. Thank you.!!!

Great place, no issues at all and very Central to everything in the city. Great host.

The stay was fabulous. Communication was quick and easy. We needed to check in early and messaged as we were leaving airport. They were able to accommodate and the directions were easy to navigate. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Liked the variety of pillows. House cleaning came everyday and it was very nice to have that. Had trouble with fridge when we arrived but they came over immediately to fix. The home was in a safe and guarded neighborhood and close to everything. We visited cenotes 10 min away and ate downtown and visited the nightlife, also 10 min away. Grocery store and pharmacy right next door. Showers had hot water, just wait for 5 min and good water pressure. The hot tub worked but it isn’t a normal filtration system so we needed it to be cleaned and refilled. It’s more like a bathtub with a heater and jets. Not much variety of tours offered, however, we drove to most cenotes and booked a catamaran on Viator. I would certainly stay here again! Thanks you!

Loved everything about this place! The place was private and away from noise and other homes in the area. The villas were private, clean and spacious. The pools were amazing! Each villa had a kitchen area but we loved having the central kitchen and dining space to accommodate our group. We had 5 couples (10 people total) and felt like we had plenty of individual private space and loved having a common area to hang out at. The bathrooms in that same area were convenient as well. Lau was an AMAZING host! She was very responsive, had great recommendations, was flexible with our arrival time, provided access to communities that needed a pass to, and so nice and friendly! The staff that came each morning to clean and check on things were friendly as well. I look forward to coming back to this place for future vacations!

This place was amazing! Elizabeth helped out and responded quickly. The air bnb itself was beautiful and well located. Pepe, who Elizabeth recommended, was incredibly helpful with all things planning. He helped coordinate airport transfer, activities, and pre-stocked everything for us so we could get our vacation started.

Can't speak more highly of this location, space, customer service and host. One of the best trips and locations I've been to on airbnb!

Hollie and Jorge were amazing hosts. The location was perfect (except for the seaweed which they can’t control). The beach bar & restaurant down the beach was great. The home was clean and the outside area was beautiful. Beds were comfy as well! We also had William make breakfast two mornings and dinner one evening - it was so good & he and his wife are so accommodating. Lastly, we felt so secure with Armando, the security guard. Thank you Hollie!!

Fantastic house, with view, pool, big family room, huge deck, 10 minute walk to beach or drive in 3. Host was great, easy to communicate with, had great recommendations on where to get food and entertainment. Would absolutely rent this house again.

We loved our stay at Villa Nautilus! The Villa is directly on the beach with beautiful views. We loved the convenience of the beach and the beach club next door. The resort community also has restaurants and a coffee shop within walking/golf cart distance which was great! During the week, the beach was very quiet, almost like a private beach. As the weekend approached the beach and neighboring beach club gets busier/louder but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Villa itself is wonderful, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. The hosts are also amazing and very responsive to any questions/requests we had. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others!

Truly a hidden gem and great price for private beach access off the property and own pool. Bedrooms were all spacious. Edir the house manager was always attentive, answered all questions, attended to every request. We also had a private chef booked, Arturo did an amazing job accommodating everybody’s dietary restrictions and created delicious meals. Was overall extremely impressed with this booking. The home itself is the perfect private oasis.

the stay was amazing! super awesome listing and pools do not disappoint. the concierge service was phenomenal and were very attentive to our needs. the only downsides were that our dishwasher wasn't working, oh well. the mosquitoes were a huge issue and were everywhere!!! the sliding glass doors didn't shut fully so we were eaten alive by mosquitoes the entire stay. it was still worth it due to the location and the amazing staff.

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

The space was beautiful! Having the golf cart with rental was very convenient and helpful. Host was easy to get a hold of and provided great recommendations for in town food options and activities.

We had the absolute best time staying at Villa Mecca — I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and seamless experience in Tulum! The villa itself is stunning — modern, super clean, and spacious. We were a group of seven girls, and everyone had plenty of space to get ready, their own bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds. Our host, went above and beyond before and during our stay. She was so kind and responsive, She coordinated our transportation, and helped us book a private chef and bartender who had everything set up before we arrived  and did our grocery shopping. It was the most welcoming start to our weekend! The location was perfect and about 15 minutes ( in early May) each night to get to the beach club area.  We loved our taxi driver, Walter,  Lupita connected us with. He was  prompt, friendly, and super reliable. The two pools at the villa were a dream, the rooftop was our favorite for sun.

Everything is very good, Ewen was always attentive to us and resolved every inconvenience that was presented. The house is just as presented in the photos, very nice, comfortable and clean. We loved Ewen's attention and suggestions, he was always very accommodating. Salchi is quite quiet and feels very safe, especially the area of the house. The beach is beautiful and very close to the house, by car it should be like 3 minutes. What we liked most was the infinity pool in the house and that very close there is a hotel that offers vegan food. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back soon.

We had an amazing time in Casa Ohana on our second baby moon with a 1.5 year old. It was perfect for our little family. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, bathrooms were clean and in working condition. We enjoyed the pool every day and loved how private it felt with all the greenery surrounding us. Manuel was very helpful and his recommendations were great! We hope to come back again!

We had an amazing time in this house. We hire Cheli and Ray's services and we eat delicious daily. A private oceanfront home with all amenities.

I celebrated my 25th birthday here. I had the most amazing time. The place was breathtaking. The hospitality from Carmen was absolutely incredible. She also recommended, a private chef which was very affordable; Jorge! very professional, and the food was amazing! We also got recommendations for transport taxi service! All the drivers were respectable and kept us safe! I will definitelyyyy be coming back!
