Very spacious and clean, easy street parking. Sofia met us at the door, to give us keys and show us her place. This is a house, one half of a duplex to be exact. Smaller kitchen but we were not cooking, walking into town in the evenings for dinner was about 15-18 minutes, and highly recommend since the streets within the walls are narrow. If you need groceries, there’s an Aldi close by and a wonderful pastry shop for coffee, breads and sweets. The master bedroom is huge, and the bed a queen or larger. Very comfortable as well. We stayed 6 nights so the laundry and back balcony (to hang laundry) was extremely useful. Highly recommended.

Grupo de 6 casais durante 3 dias na passagem do ano 24/25. A casa é ampla, moderna e muito agradável, tudo com muito bom gosto! O aquecimento central proporciona o conforto necessário para o frio do Alentejo, mas é pena a lareira não funcionar. A cozinha é enorme e o frigorífico/ congelador também!Como a casa está em transição de donos ainda faltam alguns retoques que quando estiverem prontos deixará a casa ainda melhor do que já é! Taís como: mais luz na sala e cozinha, um recanto de leitura, mais cadeiras na mesa de jantar e sofás renovados. Recomendo muito este monte para grupos pois tem muito espaço para se conviver e relaxar. Tem uma ótima piscina e um alpendre enorme que de certeza será magnífico para aproveitar quando não for inverno.

Gorgeous rustic space with all of the amenities we could have wanted! The pool area is amazing and outdoor dining area is lovely. Beds are super comfortable and the whole house is light and spacious. Joao was so responsive and offered us nice local recommendations. We will definitely return! Thank you!!

Casa muito bem equipada para acomodar, de forma muito confortável, os seus visitantes. A piscina aquecida é fenomenal. A família que cuida da casa está atenta às necessidades e tratou-nos com carinho. Casa ideal para quem procura sossego e era exatamente o que procurávamos: uma casa com piscina que não é partilhada com mais ninguém, numa zona rural.

My friends and I had the luxury of staying with Martha for a wedding nearby. The location was private, instructions were easy to follow, and Martha was a great, reliable host. The property itself can’t be captured in photos - it’s stunning and so in tune with nature and history. We had an amazing time and will be sure to return!

Our host Leonor was simply amazing, going above and beyond what you might expect. We were greeted at the door and given instruction on how everything worked. The apartment was set up perfectly. Super comfy & clean. Local sights and restaurants were also suggested. Beds were comfy and shower is good. Would definitely recommend. Thank you ☺️

To be honest, I was a tiny bit worried about renting this place at first, as I had read some previous comments about barking dogs in the area which made me think I would have problems getting proper sleep. Even thought I have perfect hearing, I did not hear a single bark during my 7 nights and I slept like a baby! The nature in the area is amazing and Olga's home could not be located in a better spot. The sunrises and sunsets are from another planet and the gentle sounds of goat bells, birds singing and the crickets at night just add to the pure magic. The pictures I took of the Milky Way I could probably only take in few other places. Magic! The house is big, clean and extremely confortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I am going to miss it! Olga is very friendly, polite and extremely informative in her responses. She answers quickly and to the point. I am sure I will be returning and can highly recommend this house to anybody who wants to disconnect completely.

Traditional Portuguese home in beautiful surroundings - we were blown away with the views and loved being surrounded by cork forests and on a working farm. We went swimming every day despite the bad weather as the pool views were magnificent. The house is beautiful and very spacious, but more rustic than in the photos. Our elderly parents missed some of their creature comforts like comfy beds, fast flowing showers and a modern kitchen. The owner Paul was very helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed.
