“Cadiz 14 days over Sylvester: luck with the weather, that allowed breakfast on the terrace from 10 a.m. More often than not, we only left when the sun disappeared behind the tower towards two. The apartment is in the manner of a maisonette in the tower, kitchen, sofa, dining table below, bed and bathroom above. Gigantic space with the terrace, but better for two people / a couple than for several, because only an open staircase separates the rooms. Not a problem, but also not to be ignored, the acoustics of the square determine the restaurant visitors and their children. The younger you are and the longer you stay up, the less disturbing. Sylvester himself was unusual and impressive when, after partying with the family, the young Cadiz met at 1 a.m. in front of the church and celebrated in tie and chic until the wee hours. Of course the windows stayed closed ;-) Pedro was a great host, his son carried our heavy suitcase up to the tower, thanks. We had a great time and felt in good hands. The apartment with its huge terrace is absolutely recommendable. We couldn't determine whether there were times when you couldn't use it due to the weather. If it should rain, it will of course become narrower. With the two hot plates and the kitchen equipment, even self-cookers could make it nice, although Cadiz naturally offers enough opportunities for going out. Generally about Cadiz, we missed some shopping opportunities, but were thrilled about the shop of a Haitian artist with the beautiful pictures.”
Spacious luminous 120 qm loft in the heart of old Cadiz: Start the day fixing breakfast in a vibrant kitchen with glossy scarlet cabinetry and wood-beamed ceilings. Dine at a timeworn industrial-style table amid detailed artworks and white-washed wood floors. Head up to the roof terrace to read in the sun.
“The apartment was very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated but more importantly were the many welcoming touches. For example: lots of soap and shampoo choices plus sunscreen. In the kitchen there was every utensil and pan needed along with a full spice drawer, oil and dry goods like rice and pasta. Laundry soap and even softeners were provided. It seems that Nicola tried to provide everything for a comfortable stay. We have stayed in many Airbnb apartments and this one was the most throughly equipped. The location of the apartment was perfect also. By just walking out the front door you could walk to all parts of the old town. The rooftop terrace was a sunny delight. You could see the tops of the entire city... the many towers and church steeples too. Nicola was very quick to call and check on us when we had an issue and Ursula was terrific and helpful. We would highly recommend Nicolas place and hope to return soon.”

“Jose's apartment is what we love airbnb for. Homeliness, everything you need, the ability to brew coffee in the morning in a bialetti coffee maker. And at the same time it is located in the very center of the city with a unique view of the ocean. Breakfast on the roof in the old sunlit Cadiz - a terrific meeting. The apartment is a stone's throw from the fish market, where fresh shrimps are prepared for lunch and oysters are sold. I recommend Jose and his apartment. Unforgettable and above any expectations from the service.”
