Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

The Ikaria Stable

Rustic Stone cottage with a modern attachment located in the small village of Stavlos ,a 10 minute drive to the coast and to the mountains. Where you can live comfortably surrounded by pine trees , olive orchids and sea views.Modern kitchen and amenities.the house is equipped for 4 people ,though 2 can fit on the fold out couch. Our home is a great location to endure some peace and quite live -an escape from the crowds and major tourist areas yet close by if you wish to see the sights.

Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

Country house overlooking the sea.Itconsists of two bedrooms (one double and two single beds) kitchen and bathroom.The bathroom is just outside the kitchen.Bove the house there is a beach where you reach from a path with steps in two minutes.In the back of the house there is a garden with stairs and levels with rest areas.The access to the house is from the street through a path with steps in 1 minute.Public Parking 80m from the house.

The stone is located in the village plambos a few minutes from the port of Evdilos (2 km ) and with the nearest beach just a private path far away In the stone stone stands out the large courtyard which can be used at all hours of the day from the morning on the side of the beach for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for panoramic views of the Aegean with the nice colors of the sunset.
