Farmhouse - A limited set of farm houses per day, and the entire house is rented

We accept reservations for 2 or more people. Seizekan, a farmer's inn, is located in the mountains about 25 minutes by car from Kakunodate, Akita Prefecture, and a 15-minute walk from Hachimangu Naganodairu Station on the Akita Inland Railway. Surrounded by rice fields, it is a quiet and natural environment. We renovated the second floor of a farm work shed that used to be a cowshed, and created an accommodation space with a kitchen, bath, and toilet. This space is for one group of guests per day. Some people say, "It's like returning to my parents' house." In the summer, we recommend that you spend a leisurely time feeling the breeze, and in the winter, we recommend that you lie back and listen to the sound of the boiling water in the hot water heater while facing the firewood stove. Please feel free to look into the vinyl greenhouse or go out to the hot springs.

A 5-minute walk from Oga Station, the accommodation opens in the Funagawa area! Renting the whole house is perfect for families and friends.It is a spacious space with 2 floors. The bed is equipped with 1 king size, 2 semi-double size, and a sofa bed, and we will provide a separate folding mattress and bedding depending on the number of guests.The king and semi-double beds are made with a koala mattress, making it a very comfortable bed. There is a 24-hour convenience store within a 5-minute walk, and you can buy rice and agave sake and craft beer in the refrigerator at any time during your stay. There is also a kitchen, condiments, cooking utensils, etc., so you can cook what you shop at the roadside station, supermarket, etc. We aim to make it a cozy place where you can relax and unwind, like returning to your child's house.Enjoy your stay.

Halcoya Hanare, an inn to enjoy the trees

Shizukuishi Town in Iwate Prefecture is a tourist destination where you can enjoy Koiwai Farm, Lake Goshiki, ski resorts, and hot springs. 　Minpaku Halcoya is located near Lake Goshiki, overlooking Mt. Iwate. This facility was built using trees from the town to allow people to experience the warmth of living with wood.   　If you are interested in Shizukuishi life, want to relax in nature, enjoy time with family and friends in a different space than usual... please come and visit us. Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. This is a small, newly built house that can accommodate up to 3 people. * Please note that Halcoya Hanare does not currently have WiFi.

Share Village Machimura

This is an old thatched house built in 143 years ago. The family that has lived in the house for generations has protected it, but it was planned to be demolished because of the financial issues in 2014. In order to preserve the original landscape of the satoyama for the next generation, we revitalize the house as a membership guest house. However, the activities were stopped due to the pandemic. In June 2024 we reopened the house as a private accommodation place (rental vacation house).

Cozy log house, located in the foot of Mt. Chokai. You can spend a cozy and relax time. It is an ideal place for hiking, back country ski, nature traveling. Here is useful place to access to; "Mt. Chokai", Hokodate gate: 25min by car. "Moto-taki", water fall: to the parking 10min by car. "Shishigahana wet lant", "Nakajimadai": to the parking 15min by car. "Tamasudare falls": 50min by car. "Moriko Omonoimi Shrine" 40min by car. There are a few hot-spring facility around here.
