I enjoyed my stay at Naj Tulum. It is immaculate, the host is great, and the security is amazing. My stay was so peaceful. You can rent a bike, and there is a rooftop pool as well. This location is close to vegan restaurants and the town. Raquel is the best! I would stay again.

Amazing place! We really loved the apartment and the area! Close to town, close to the ocean, close to everything. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to most of the areas around. We loved the balconies as well as how spacious it is. Coline was super-responsive with any question that we had before, during and after our trip. She gave us instructions about anything that we needed even though it wasn't info related to the apartment. She guide us with all of questions that we had, and that was great!! Coline and Guillermo are outstanding hosts. We will definitely recommend this apartment to our family and friends, and we will keep in mind if we return to the island.

The accommodation is an absolute insider tip! In the middle of the jungle, it is nice and quiet and the accommodation is a dream: clean, beautifully furnished, everything you need is there. The outdoor area with pools, outdoor office and lovingly designed garden is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. WiFi is excellent and is well suited for video calling and streaming! The staff are very attentive and very, very nice! We were given many tips and we were able to borrow life jackets for snorkeling with the turtles for free. In my opinion, at least 4-star accommodation. As a German traveler, you will definitely not be disappointed here and can escape everyday life in a romantic jungle atmosphere!

The development where it is located is beautiful, surrounded by nature and with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The apartment is fully equipped and designed so that you don't miss anything. Tulum, with its city and its beaches, is simply a jewel. The apartment's location is excellent: just 10 minutes from the hotel area and the beach, which is a great plus. The hosts are very attentive, provide all the information clearly from the beginning and respond quickly to any questions or needs. Undoubtedly, one of the best places to stay in Tulum. Highly recommended!

This was a GREAT place to stay! Perfect location and very spacious and clean. We loved it!

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Quiet place and very secure

It's a good place to stay, it has privacy and you can walk to the pier, boardwalk and the main square. It has places to eat nearby, pharmacies and a clinic. The communication was good, they answered my questions and were aware of my arrival. The climate worked well, the room was tidy and the kitchen allowed you to make whatever you wanted to eat. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower had hot water.

Great stay at Sadot's house. For starters it was the most beautiful place I've ever rented. Luxuous feel, clearly perfect for photoshooting but also well thought. Each guest/couple has his/her own private bedroom+dressing room+full bathroom with A/C. The common space is a beautiful cathedral ceiled living room with open kitchen. The pool lets you spend a few hours chilling. Sadot was hyper responsive, super helpful and sent a helping neighbourgh/employee fix our problem. When we asked if we needed to turn on a pump for filtering/renewing the pool water, he sent him and they decided to to a full clean of the pool. On the second day we had a brand new pool. The nearby locality has looots of offers to eat but we basically went to the same family-owned delicious taqueria (that offers a few other choices): Koox Janal. You can also find handicraft mostly macramé and wood word (hard wood for furniture and wicker for light fixture or decorations). Great GREAT stay.

Excellent location and the house is super comfortable, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again, it's very easy to get there and the area is also very quiet.

Loved our stay! This is a great location in the town of Tulum, the property is gorgeous and quiet with a great gym, pools, and a cenote! The room was great, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, outdoor patio with hammock, and powerful AC. Recommend staying here 100%.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

I had a great stay at Alex’s place. It was right in the city and only a 15 minute drive to beaches/hotel zone. Alex was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and I would definitely visit again.

Beautiful environment, very well equipped, felt like home. The only downside (but this is our own quirkiness) the mattresses are too soft for our backs. Other than that, can’t wait to get back. Most important was that any issue we might have had it was immediately addressed! Congrats on your customer service!

Property was located in the perfect spot to get around in playa del Carmen. It had quinta avenida , and the ocean near by and the popular amusement parks just about 15min away,so it was a pretty convenient location for my trip.
